我住的樓層是最高，亦沒有冷氣，只好打開窗才可以睡覺，蚊子多，下次我一定不會再選擇最高樓層，最方便的很近火車站☺️

We tried to cancel our reservation due to the corona virus (Covid-19), but they still charged us!!! Very unprofessional!!!

This was the worst stay. Upon arrival, the desk clerk showed a distaste towards us. First, he couldn't find the reservation. I called Hotels.com for assistance and they re-sent him the conf. number. Then the clerk said the reservation on his end said 4 nights instead of the 5 nights and we would have to find another place to stay for our first night. The Hotels.com agent said he had no idea how he was seeing the reservation this way, but graciously helped us cancel the original and book a new one with the appropriate dates. Once booked, he refused to take the new confirmation number we gave him, saying it had to come via email only. Once he received it, he then said the reservation was only for one person instead of two and the price would be higher, even though the room was the EXACT same cost for two people or one. He again refused us entry. Even the agent assisting us was confused by the obstinacy of this desk clerk, but it became very clear to us that this was discrimination. It took well over an hour to resolve and he seemed unnerved that he had to allow us to stay. We immediately called Hotels.com back to say we no longer felt comfortable enough to want to stay due to discrimination. The desk clerk did not even deny discrimination, but said no refund would be given. The quality of the room is not even worth describing if this is how people are treated. I would recommend that anyone LGBT stay very far from this place. A formal complaint has already been lodged.

Basic product but clean and literally opposite the station, convenient to walk to shops / bars and attractions too.

Grand and cheap hotel - very odd that we had a group booking with 2/3 in some rooms. The receptionist would only give one card per room even though they were just cheap swipe cards.

Terrible Service. The staff looks like we bother them to stay there. No good service at all.

The room was noisy from outside On the street and other guests The WiFi did not work. The shower flooded the bathroom The beds were not comfortable The breakfast was good Definitely not a three star hotel as indicated on their signs

Close proximity to train station and town, tons of shops and restaurants around the hotel, friendly receptionists, comfortable beds

personal at check in was nice and helpful, rooms clean, beds comfortable

Good value for what it is just a convenient and clean place to crash at near central station. No WiFi at 8 floor
