Nice beds very comfortable Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly Great location short walk to city centre

The room was a little hot had a few a little hard to sleep everything else was wonderful

Loved our stay at the Grange Hotel. It was extremely clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. We booked a standard room which was a great size. Hotel was a good location and was walking distance to the centre of York and the canal.

Not told we needed to pre-book parking. When we told the receptionist she says it says on Expedia website. We did not book through expedia and the hotels.com small print only says parking available. Had to park in a coucil carpark 6 min walk away.

Hotel and staff were great,I booked breakfast and evening meal,breakfast was great but evening meal lacked choice and wasn’t worth the money.I would stay there again but wouldn’t have the evening meal.I expected a lot better for nearly £200 a night.

We were very pleased with the Grange Hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable with a spacious bathroom , and the food was excellent. It was also good to have the car park.

Lovely stay at the Grange. The room was very clean.No iron or ironing board in the room but i requested one and it was there in 5 minutes. Very good aircon which was very welcome in the hot weather. The shower screen wasnt very effective at stopping the water going on the bathroom floor. This didnt particularly bother me but might some people. I didnt eat in the hotel but you could book a table if you wanted to. It is perfectly situated as it is only a 10 minute leisurely walk into the city centre. My only bugbear is having to pay extra to park in the carpark.

Amazing hotel, amazing service. Lovely dog friendly Holley and couldn’t have asked for more. Very clean, very helpful staff. Location is perfect.

Really good. Excellent staff. Good breakfast and perfect location to walk into York. Parking is very limited though.
