Very friendly front desk. Very helpful and hospitality. Location is far away from downtown and airport. No "free" airport shuttle is available.

Okay but

Breakfast was dull, they really could do better than that. Room was clean but the mattresses are way too soft. The bathroom was wayyy too small. The area around the hotel is neutral. Its more an industrial sector.

All staff was great, pleasant and very hands on. There were a few things like crack in our window and they fixed it the next day plus left us cookies apologizing they had to come in during our visit, next morning fridge stopped working so all our fruits, yogurt, milk went bad which they offered to accommodate us, the breakfast team were great as well however there was this one amazing lady Grace who every morning would come over and put smiles on all my grandkids faces, this is what makes a trip enjoyable is the above and beyond we do for one another. Great hotel. Lots of room in 2 Queen size room

Looks clean and the room was spacious except for the bathroom which was small. Our bed was right in front of the ac unit which made us really cold when it was running. The wall insulation is non existent. People letting their kids run and yell into the late night and very early morning was a big problem. It seemed you were sharing a room with other people. Then there is the breakfast room which is pretty cramp and not much of a selection. The back bacon that they served on our second day was rock hard and unappealing! When we checked out they didn't ask how our stay was because I think they know what we would say.

Hotel mit Baumangel

Grundsätzlich handelt es sich um ein im Erscheinungsbild übliches Hotel in Nordamerika. Das Problem ist, dass hier ein Baumangel vorliegen dürfte und keine Dämmung/Schallisolierung zum Nachbarzimmer gegeben ist. Sowohl den Fernseher als auch normale Unterhaltungen bekommt von vollumfänglich mit. Die erwartete Ruhe im Zimmer ist daher nicht gegeben, insbesondere wenn man selbst bereits schlafen möchte. Eine Beschwerde bei der Rezeption brachte nur mäßigen Erfolg, dass die Nachbarn gebeten wurden leiser zu sein. Ein anderes Zimmer war nicht verfügbar, da das Hotel ausgebucht gewesen sei. Eine ausdrücklich angefragte Stornierung der Buchung oder Verkürzung des Aufenthaltes wurde mit Hinweis darauf, dass das Zimmer über Expedia gebucht wurde als unmöglich abgelehnt, man müsse sich an Expedia wenden. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist im Verhältnis zu anderen Hotels dieser Preisklasse eher bescheidener.

Impeccable for the price!

Impeccable hotel for the price. Everything was great, for a price below average for Toronto. It could take up to 45 minutes by car to go downtown, but the neighbourhood did have its advantages, being safe, calm, and just 2 streets away from a large choice of restaurants. Included breakfast was good, pool and patio were clean, lobby was nice, ans nothing bad to say about the room. Would definitely recommend.

Not PET FRIENDLY BUYER BEWARE!

We were unable to stay because they did not honour our reservation through Hotels.com despite being listed as per friendly they have a not pet policy unless you have a service animal. Buyer BEWARE. We were stranded in the middle of nowhere Mississauga at 1 am!

Nice stay

We come to Mississauga couple of times a year. This was a nice stay at Glo Best Western. First, thank you so much for the kindness from the employee at the breakfast area, when she brought me bacon to my table, very nice ! Second, the bedroom was impeccable and the temperature perfect. Third, the bathroom is big and has sliding glass doors. The bedroom is also big with confortable bed and pillows. We will come back to Glo Best Western next trip.
