Hyatt Place Sioux Falls South

Service upon check in and navigating breakfast not good. Ran out of selected breakfast option and did not receive all food. Substancial dust, dirt, and leftover toys under bed. Nice outdoor deck with view of water. New modern facilities.

Disappointing...

Needing a new manager!!! Room was not clean, hair found on the bed, hair all over the bathroom floor & sheets on sleeper sofa were disgusting. They had one person working the check-in guest, bar and housekeeping after 7:00PM. No one answers the front desk phone. We needed fresh linens brought up because ours were not clean when we checked in. Breakfast attendant (later to find out it was the hotel manager) was hiding in back the room. We had to hunt him down to get our eggs, sausage and french toast that was suppose to be included with our stay. We watched multiple people come down for breakfast and leave because it appeared their was no hot breakfast being served. The next morning the breakfast portion sizes were for a kindergartener. This hotel is brand new however has huge staffing issues and won't be around long if it is run under current management.

Help wanted

This appears to be almost brand new as you can still smell the new carpet in the hallways. Comfortable room friendly staff however the breakfast was a joke as there is very little to choose from and we got there an hour after it started and they were almost out of all of the food items. They appear to be extremely understaffed however the people that were working we’re trying very hard to make the experience pleasant. Really nice location next to a brand new man made lake which made for a great 1 mile walk with our dogs every day.

Great place to stay!

This is a great place to stay! Such friendly staff, beautiful, clean, quiet, and the bed was so comfy!! There was a small bar near the lobby and we had a great time visiting with other people and staff! Highly recommend!

Always a wonderful stay!

This hotel is nice and clean clean and my pick of where to stay in Sioux Falls. The staff is friendly, caring, and amazing, and respond immediately to needs like removal of down filled pillows or yikes I locked myself out of my room. Wonderful front desk staff, breakfast staff, room cleaning staff, bar staff, just really great staff no matter which part of the hotel they work in. SUPERB!
