Took awhile to get checked in. Staff didn’t not seem to know how to use the computer and were not polite.

The room was satisfactory. But my daughter looked under the bed and found a old water bottle and half eaten kit kat bar. The bathroom had water stains on the back of the bathroom door. There were more than enough towels but the toilet was not level and rocked back and forth when using it. There was under half a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. And I don't think anyone has ever dusted the headboard before. The dust was so thick it was gross. The mattress protector was stained. And should have been thrown out. But I strip the beds when I leave a hotel. The pool was closed because of Covid. I get that. However other pools at other hotels are open.. so I'm sure there could have been a way around this. The hotel and the rooms is run down. The corrosion around the bathroom drain was awful. My daughter thought it was mold. We will not be staying at this hotel again.

Great place. I loved the 2 king beds in a room. It’s an older place, but still clean and comfortable. The price reflects the older decor. I had a great experience snd would stay again.

Traveling now as things are just opening in phase1, post covid19 is different. As the pool and exercise room are closed and the breakfast room also, I didn't enjoy my stay as much as usual. The grab and go bag is okay but should include a protein. They could offer a cheese or yogurt portion, keeping it on ice at the desk if refrigeration is a concern.

Dirty room, poor service.
I booked online through Hotels.com Upon arrival to the room late in the evening, immediately noticed there was no hand soap, shampoo, conditioner or cup for tea and coffee. NO shower current, missing pillow cases, Advil 400 pill on the bathroom counter, dirty towels in the bathtub. When this was brought to the reception we were told nothing can be done because it was booked online. I fail to see how booking a room online through a company affects the cleanse of a room...

Comfortable beds but dusty underneath.
For the prince we were very impressed. The beds were especially comfortable. The only piece of feedback we have is that the areas under the beds were very dusty.
