The male staff member that worked the front desk was amazing! He is the o Lu one we really had interaction with! The place was clean and the pool area was perfect for the kids. Great location! We will definitely be back.

The overall stay was just ok was upset cause they just come in your room and throw stuff away without asking. I even had a do not disturb sign up. I made a complaint but the people at the desk do no care. The people that sit at the front dest act like you are bothering them. And the breakfast is just basic nothing special. And they need more sugar free options besides some nasty eggs and an apple. Like coffee creamer or something.

The hotel was amazingly clean, nothing was out of place. Rooms were clean, with two queen beds, a college sized refrigerator and small microwave, one dresser with three large drawers and a desk and chair. About every six rooms, there was a small patio, where you could drink a cup of coffee, talk to friends or just smoke a cigarette. Landscaping or grounds were clean, mowed and well taken care of. Pools and hot tub were always clean when we were there. Plenty of clean towels and there was never any trash laying around. Plenty of off street parking in the lot, without a charge. Could easily walk to many great restaurants or gift shops without any worries. While.visiting for a week, never saw any crime and felt safe walking down the streets at night. Was told by management that police could arrive within three minutes if need be. Our only complaint was that the beds were extremely hard. There was no give to them. It made sleeping unbearable. Even if you just wanted to relax and lay on the bed and watch a movie, the beds were so hard, you just couldn't get comfortable. Management told us that the beds were under 6 months old and not broke in yet. I am not a morning person at all, but we were all up at 5:45 am, because the beds were uncomfortable. Because of the beds being so uncomfortable, we actually cut our vacation short and left early.

Didn’t know how to work the refrigerator. It short on toilet paper every day. (probably forgot our room) maybe vacuum once during our five day stay. The phone level was so low. You couldn’t hear front desk. That’s good buddy when you pull up to your motel room and the parking lot is full of police. The breakfast is outstanding. The lone breakfast hostess lady would slam things down and looked irritated all the time. Kind of made you want to hurry up for breakfast just to get out of the bad attitude area. Such a shame on the food was so good. It looks like the hotel has been gone through restoration which added to the looks of the room. But I don’t understand and it’s not just your hotel but seems to me whomever does the caulking does such a crappy job that it takes away from whatever nice work That was installed. I think we’re gonna stick with Marriott and the Holiday Inn express.

It's great for price. Staff is super nice. Elevator is a bit slow; and room doors open to the outside. It's pigeon forge, so no real worries and close tp everything.

Our stay, from check-in to checkout, was problem free. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, everything in the room worked as it should. The breakfast each morning was excellent. The location worked well for exploring Pigeon Forge and/or driving to the Smokies. It was a great value for the price.
