The reveiws and ratings were very innaccurate. The Hotel looked nice from the exterior but upon entry it was very dirty and mildewy in the lobby area. The lady at the front counter was anything but helpful, no customer service skills whatsoever. When checking in, she simply told me to enter my card into the slot I assumed for incidentals, then didn't inform me when it was completed and she gave me the room key card in an envelope with our room number written on it, but didnt verbally tell me our room number and didnt ask if we needed anything else or give us an overview of the hotel or directions to our room. I didn't even know we were done with the transaction until she said "Ok, you're done." There were wet floor signs everywhere, the elevator felt wobbly and unsafe, the hallways smelt horrible and our room was very uncomfortable overall. Dirty bathroom and shower, hot and mildew smell, got the AC working but only for part of the night, it got hot in the room when it wasn't running, but too cold when it was even set to 73. Our 4 yr old son ended up getting sick with fever, cough, and runny nose the day we left. Never again will we stay there or at any Sonesta or related hotels ever again. We were charged for parking and an $80+ charge but never received any sort of receipt and have not heard back from hotel after requesting an itemized list of charges as we were not informed of any charges. Horrible, disgusting, very disappointed!!
