The staff were excellent—friendly and helpful. With the windows closed, the room was super quiet despite being on the very busy Schwedenplatz. The room was on the smaller side, but nice. The included breakfast was good—delicious cheeses, breads, and fruit, plus eggs made to order and good coffee. Great location for a first visit to Wien!

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at the Capricorno, which we would highly recommend. There were no negative aspects to the whole experience but the most pleasing thing was the staff who, to a person, were polite, cheerful, helpful and alyl excellent at their jobs. We would not hesitate to return to Vienna in the future and we know where we would stay.

The staff was fantastic. Always smiling and ready to help. The breakfast was lovely and the breakfast staff was amazing. I felt like I was staying at a family run business because of the care and attention of the staff. The only down side was the shower in the bathroom- very small and inconvenient. This hotel is centrally located near public transportation and within walking distance of many sights. The front desk and other staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent and cooked to order items were available. A nice touch was daily afternoon tea, coffee and cake. Laundry service was very quick. I highly recommend this hotel for business or pleasure.

The location is perfect but it’s outdated / very old and the carpet is very dirty and stained all over the hallways and inside the rooms the breakfast team are very nice but you have to ask them to make your tea or coffee also ask them to toast / warm the bread for you which i think it’s so annoying specially if a lot of people are eating breakfast at the same time it will be a mess !

Hotel Was Comfortable and In A Great Location
This is a wonderful boutique hotel with friendly staff. The room was pleasant, and we had a balcony to sit outside and watch the activity. This area fells safe and is across the street from the river, near public transportation, and just a few blocks from St Stephens, shopping, and cafes and restaurants.
