Dirty rooms and linen. We asked to cancel reservation, but it was non-refundable. Instead we switched rooms to something else barely better. Bathrooms barely work. Ran out of hot water. I wish I had taken photos.

Someone was playing music starting at 5 am on a Saturday morning Staff was responsive to any requests/issues such as a lack of enough towels for the number of registered guests. This seems to have been a very nice motel at one time but is a bit run down due to lack of general maintenance.

I didn’t stay! The room was so nasty, we went back to the lobby and demanded our money back, and left the property. The worst thing I’ve ever seen in my life!!! My children were traumatized. The bed was dirty, food on the wall, pizza sauce on the floor, blood on the floor, black mold on the wall and vents. I’ll be calling the health department for sure. DISGUSTING
