At the time I check in the clerk, check me in without an issue, but gave me the wrong room key and when I try to explain to them, they want to argue that that’s not the type of role that I reserved but said that they were giving me a complementary upgrade, even though I had already reserved that room and I did show them that I reserved that room. They basically tried to give me a king suite when I reserved a king suite with a Jacuzzi in it. I did not like the fact in order to turn the Jets on. I had to walk halfway across the room. every time it shut off. It was not properly vented, and some of the lights didn’t work in the room.

La Quinta needs to revoke their license to use the name. This place is not worthy of Motel 6 really bad shape, but the hallways were filthy subpar all around. Staff was very nice!

We usually stay at this hotel for Oktoberfest as it's in walking distance. Last year, the pool was closed for maintenance. This year, we booked, and the booking no longer indicated the pool was closed. My SO needs the water therapy for his back & knee. He was in so much pain that we cut our trip short & headed home early. No offer for any compensation, not even a refund for the day we didn't stay. It seems to be under new management or ownership, but there is NO attention to detail, by housekeeping, by the desk, or amenities. There have been vending machines available in the past, but now outside of the breakfast, there are no drinks or snacks available on site. The rooms are clean at a glance, but mirrors are streaked, corners are dirty, furniture is stained, etc. It appears they have attempted to update the facility, but wallpaper & floorcoverings can only help so much. I basically paid over $300 for 1 night in a 1-2 star max hotel. For that money, I would expect a better experience.

We reserved a room with two queen beds and fold out sofa for 6 people. There was no sofa, just a small chair. When I asked if they had a roll away I was told no. I asked for sheets and blankets and they told us to come down to the front desk to get them. The pool was closed due to construction.

I will say the stay was quiet, didn’t hear much noise during the night. However, the room wasn’t overly clean, the doors were really dirty, floors weren’t very clean, and the bedding had hairs and the pillows had an odd smell. We had booked for 3 people, and there was a pull out sofa. The sofa itself was dirty and the mattess was very worn down, very stained, and there was no bedding for it. We got in late from a concert or would have probably asked for bedding, but thought there would be extra for the sofa bed and 3rd guest.

A REAL $hithole
I personally had stayed at this hotel back in the 2006-2008 time period. Many nights and with many work associates. It was outstanding. So when our small group decided to visit Milwaukee in August of 2024 I just booked these rooms as per my history with this particular hotel. Today this place was the dirtiest, filthiest, poorly managed hotel I think I’ve ever been inside. Far too many disgusting items and broken non working fixtures to write about each one. We originally booked 2 rooms for 5 nights each and left after 1 night and we were charged for 2 nights. Didn’t care the place was a real $hithole. Unbelievable that Wyndham would allow their name to be associated with La Quinta.

Was terrible. Room I booked was not available said I got an upgrade! The room was so dirty stains on the bed . Pullout mattress was so thin and uncomfortable had to go back down and ask for bedding for it .bathroom was dirty . Vents were covered in dust !

Glendale police department broke into our vehicle in the middle of the night. Not a safe place to stay but the people who worked at hotel were wonderful. Also the pool was not available and that’s why we went there.

Hotel from Hell
It was the worst hotel we have ever been to Save your sanity and your money! The pictures are nice but when you go in person it is horrible. Poop smeared on walls, broken elevators, and bloody sheets. The room service is not existent and bad service. On top of that when I did see other guests they weren't happy to stay here either.

Step your game up
The room was dingy and I had to wipe down every thing. The shower head was hanging out the wall and tub was not clean. My blanket had some type of make up and when I called for them to bring me a new blanket they told me to come downstairs and get it. When I got there the guy was like “where is the other blanket, go get it.” But he didn’t say that when I called so I had to make two un-nessasary trips after driving all day to get to the hotel. The lady working at the front desk was the only pleasant thing about visiting this hotel
