No body wash in the shower and no recompense
This particular stay was marred by a few issues. The biggest issue was that there was no body wash in the shower. Because we stayed there on New Year's Eve, we got back to our room around 3 or 4 AM. Imagine trying to shower with no soap at 4 AM after a New Year's Eve party, and not having the energy to call about it. It's not like they would've done anything about it anyway; I've previously called for a toothbrush for my wife, and they don't have staff that can bring things to your room - you have to come down to the front desk to get it yourself. When I complained about the body wash the next day, they were barely apologetic and offered to cover the parking fee; the problem is that they never charged me a parking fee! I told them this and they basically said oh well. I was also unable to get a late checkout because they said too many people had already asked for one. Definitely a stay that will leave me looking elsewhere the next time I stay in the area, which is often.

Soundproofing is not soundproofing, I can hear cleary room next to me sound & the child laughing. I asked for a lady front desk quiet room area, but still. Can't sleep because of the noisy. However front desk are ok, I called complain, he called the room next door to be quiet, is already 11pm. This hotel charge $20/night for parking fee, other hotels parking included, no fee.

Horrid Staff.
Very disappointed, staff is extremely rude. I had received a room that was right in front of the air conditioning unit so my view was very poor. I asked the front desk if I could get my room switched to something with a better view, she then proceeded to lie to me about a full booked out hotel even tho it was not. I quite literally had to show their own website that they weren’t booked out and they gave me a room change. Not to mention how all of the staff lacked emotions, felt like I was talking to robots. Would not come back because the staff lacks hospitality.

Breakfast hours
Great stay. It was very disappointed that breakfast hours are different surfing the weekends. We stay here during club volleyball hours when our atheletes have to be up at out of the hotel by 7 on weekends which means breakfast starting at 7 doesn’t work for the athletes. Unfortunately for the rest of the travel volleyball season we will not be staying here and will be staying somewhere that offers breakfast starting at 6 am.
