Roach motel
No elevator, was told it’s been out for over 2 yrs. That’s unacceptable. Had to climbed stairs with luggage. When asked for a first floor was told they only have 1but windows was boarded up because someone tried to break in. Breakfast was a joke.. Ask to speak with manager was told they are not in country. If I could give 0 stars I would. Front desk clerk say I couldn’t get my money back.Really believe I should get my money back.

Only issue that bugged me (no pun intended) were mosquitos Both mosquitoes coming in from underneath the door every time I killed two 3 more appeared. Ruin my family vacation with hundreds of roaches crawling on nite time. Unsafe floor could break your feet easy. Manager meaned and unprofessional. Not coming back.
