J’ai réservé une place pour un homme dans cet établissement. Quand je suis arrivé (assez tard le soir) a l’hôtel ils m’ont dit que la seule place disponible est dans la chambre pour les femmes. De lors, je ‘ai pas pu Check in. Sur le site hôtels.com il n’avait pas d’information propre sur ce booking. Je vous prie de bien vouloir procéder au remboursement de ce séjour. D’avance merci Cordialement Vladimir
