Everything was absolutely great!! It was a quick birthday celebration for my grandson that is on the spectrum and he loved it!! Family friendly, although you can have a date night if you'd like too! What a beautiful property! And all the staff were super friendly and helpful. Thanks for an amazing Birthday weekend. We will definitely be back.

All employees we encountered were friendly. The 2 water slide parks were closed on our stay. Only offer was earliy open and late close for next day. We were checking out. Room a/c vents where really dirty. Would consider another stay in the future.

This was a quick family trip and overall this was a great value for what we spent in the area. The location was top notch and within 10 mins of everywhere we wanted to visit this trip. The resort was clean and there was always someone cleaning up something within the resort. My kids loved the pool, slides, splash pad, park, ice cream shop, restaurants, and theatre. It was definitely family friendly and they’ve already asked to go back. My only issue the whole stay was that it was hard to rest with someone’s dog barking throughout the stay.

The room could’ve been cleaner. The floor was very dirty when walking barefooted you can tell how much dirt is on the floor by looking at your feet? All the amenities were very family friendly. We love the swimming pool waterpark style. My child loved that arcade was right there.

Day we got there everyone was helpful. After that not the best with some of them. Waterpark areas are nice, and my girls had fun. The Splash pad was under construction and had both restrooms closed at the same time, so that was not good. They have 2 arcades, movie area, a shop, and food places in the lobby. That was a big hut with us too!

Was under the impression breakfast was included. It was $20 per person. The resort fee was over $50 a day... For what? Room was ok. Shower was warm, then scorching hot, the Luke warm, then burning hot. The pool was very shallow and shoulder to shoulder with kids. Parking was free so that was good. Overall I probably wouldn't stay here again

Bathroom door came off the hinges twice locking my wife in the bathroom for 30 minutes each time until staff came to fix it and open it up cause it has to be late to meeting up with everybody at the waterpark one thing after another they need better maintenance at their properties

Half of the water slides were not working, the lobby bathrooms had 4 clogged toilets, the icemaker on our floor was missing, there was no way to communicate with the lobby from our room for more towels. No food available after 10, not even the little store. No hot water in the morning

The water slides were unfortunately closed for half of our stay. Rooms were smaller than they appear in pictures. The “equipped kitchen” consisted of a mini fridge that kept things barely cold, an individual coffee maker and a microwave. The boards supporting the bunk beds were cracked and bowing. Maintenance did come that night to fix them. All of the employees were very kind and helpful.

All and all this resort is a really nice place to enjoy with your family. Especially those with children. The price was excellent and I love all of the fun activities they had for the kids by the pool areas. On top of having a free movie theater on site and two huge arcades. The food was excellent and not as expensive. My only complaint would be the housekeeping staff. Some were very rude when it came to asking for help and most of the ice machines were broke or there weren’t any in the areas. Even though I’m complaining about one area of the hotel. I would still recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Rooms were superficially clean. Not hot water in one of the rooms that I got. Old bedsheets and the storage of it didn’t look clean. The soft floor of the water park for the kids were loose and some parts missing, this is a safety issue.
