She was the very first person we spoke with when we called the hotel at around 8am to see if early check-in might even be possible. Without hesitation, she said absolutely, and within minutes she was there with the shuttle van to pick us up. That alone was such a relief after a long, stressful night, but it didn’t stop there. Jenny welcomed us with genuine warmth and kindness, and she made the entire check-in process feel effortless. You could immediately tell she cares deeply about the guests she’s helping.
Jenny’s customer service is truly out of this world. She went above and beyond in every single interaction - checking in on us, answering questions with patience and friendliness, and making sure we felt comfortable and taken care of from the moment we arrived.
