I was upset because they didn't inform me that they didn't have breakfast. It was hair in the shower and hair in the towels. Both face towel and big towel.

Overnight stop
A quick stop overnight on the way to Albuquerque. The beds were big and comfortable. We were asleep in minutes. Only disappointment was no bagged breakfast as advertised. Which was one of the reason we chose it. But in times of Covid-19 I guess we have to sacrifice.

At the time we visited the Little Rock location, Arkansas was experiencing high Covid 19 rates, with masks required, yet your front desk employee was not wearing a mask. We were given a room that already had people in it. Fortunately they weren’t in the room when we opened the door. Our front desk employee, not wearing a mask, did open the door of our new room, but never did give us a key to our room. I understand how breakfast needs to be different these days, however, ours was ridiculous - Lay’s chips, Amos cookies, and water - very sad.

The lobby was nice so I had high hopes for the room. The bed was lumpy. The couch was dirty and the room had roaches in it.

The property was as advertised and there were no issues with the room. However, I feel that I need to call out the lack of COVID precautions at this location. Hotel staff had a plexiglass window but no mask, day and night shift, and the majority of guests did not have a mask either. With the current spikes we are seeing, travelers should be informed on whether or not the hotel takes protection seriously.

The facility is clean and the staff was polite but there were no cups or glasses in the room, the shower didn’t get hot, the door sticks and is hard to open, the toilet rocks. But the room is comfortable enough and the location was convenient.

Was deserted when I arrived..nobody at the front desk. Kept ringing the bell. After 4-5 minutes, someone arrived but not friendly at all. Room had a bed bug infestation
