Not the deal your looking for.
No internet for the 13 day stay their and no reimbursement for it... no deck over looking the "pond" which is actually a sewer over flow gully. Room dated to the mid 80's water stains all over even on the ceiling... garbage beds... but i guess you get what you pay for at $38 a night...

Uninhabitable
We never stayed. We checked in at the front desk which is mandatory to actually see the room. It was a disgusting dump. There was black mold on wall near headboard of bed, bathroom door wouldn’t shut and it stunk really bad. We left immediately and went to the front desk (which has a 20 minute wait and told the desk clerk. He acknowledged and agreed that they need a complete remodel and promptly canceled our charge. Hotels.com on the other hand said once we check in there’s nothing they could do. …unacceptable. I’ve reported the situation to our credit card co. and can’t imagine feeling confident in ever using hotels.com again.

Horrible Stay at Maingate Lakeside Resort
Our stay at Maingate Lakeside Resort was a nightmare. The fire safety measures were non-operational, the room smelled of pesticides, and there were stained walls, bed coverings, cobwebs, bugs, and a stain resembling blood. Hair and dirty sheets were on the bed. We had to wait two and a half hours to check in, putting us in our room well after 1 AM. Many guests were checking out as soon as they checked in. We had to Uber to Walgreens and spend $65 on beach towels to cover the bed, sleeping in our clothes. Without a vehicle, we were left stranded. After securing another hotel for the following nights, I requested a refund for the next 2 nights, explaining the room's condition. The attendant was unaffected, refused the refund request, and we never received our deposit/resort fee back as promised. Stay away from this hotel at all costs.

Decent place. Great location
We booked this location after having to leave our last booked location due to their bad quality of facility and service. This location is not high end and breakfast is continental style but over all you get what you pay for and since we were away during the day it met our needs. It wasnt that bad and we wouldnt mind staying there again.

Aging bad motel
Very beat up hotel. Dirty and not maintained. Plumbing didn’t work. Room door failing apart and had trouble closing. Internet which I paid for as part of resort fee, did not work at all for three day trip. Breakfast not good. Coffee very bad.

DO NOT STAY! READ REVIEWS
Please do NOT book with Hotels.com! I paid for this in advance. Went to check in after our day at Disney World. Waited 3 hours to be told they did not have a reservation for me. by this time there was no hotels available. We slept with our kids in our mini van. We paid for a 2 night stay. Hotels.com denied my refund. I have yet to see a refund for it at all. We NEVER checked in. Most people who were able to check in after a very long wait ended up coming back with complaints of rooms not being cleaned or door cards not working or it not being the room type they reserved. There was ONE woman working by herself. I should have read the reviews! PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS! This made our stay in Orlando difficult. I cannot even say it was really the employee's fault. But either way the hotel was overbooked. And you will not be refunded!

Awful stay- NEED ACTION
I would like someone to contact me regarding a refund or credit. This hotel did not replace soiled comforters, leading to lack of sleep we also were not given room service in the multi day stay that we added continue. WiFi was out the entire time at the hotel making work or other things impossible I am used to budget hotels and have been here before but I've never had to go purchase my own toilet paper bc the hotel would not respond. We tried the front desk multiple times, they did fix a clogged toilet and removed the soiled linens - but DID NOT replace them leaving. Us I a cold room w a sheet and no comforters, towels, and sufficient toilet paper I know what to expect from a budget hotel but this was absolutely awful and the front desk just shrugged and said they'd get to it.
