We had two rooms, one rooms a/c was not working properly. They switched out the unit but the second unit wasn’t much better. Reported it several times but after the unit was switched they did nothing else to remedy the problem.

The hotel is clean.The front desk receptionist who checked me in was very pleasant,friendly and helpful which I loved.The hotel room and bathroom was clean but the hotel and room just seemed so used and old.Elevator is shabby looking and old,carpet in the lobby and room just seem worn and used.Hotel overall is in dire need of a make over.I kept wondering how the hotel was ranked an 8.8??

My over all experience with this hotel stay was a positive one. I will however mention a few things. The smell of the hotel (strong perfume odor) upon walking in made me feel sick. To have to walk in and out everyday made me feel nauseous. I think hotels should not have strong perfume scented lobby’s. the daily complimentary breakfast was very disappointing. Food was lackluster. The best thing was the cereal and yogurt. The hotel has a musty smell in the rooms (dust, debris) etc. i did however appreciate the daily service of clean towels and the beds being made. Not sure if i would stay here again, there may be better hotels in the area for the same rate. Positive experience over all.

Good location, close to restaurants, stores, entertainment. The living room area was quite dark. No actual table to eat at, other than a desk to put food on. Great staff! All were welcoming and polite.

Unfortunately the room was next palm tree which had a bright lights. at nights the light was being reflected to the only window in the room and the coming into the room arround the edges of the curtain. I requested the light to be turned off but service desk replied that it was not possible to do so, neither offer another room
