The person at the front desk was rude at check in. The bed was not comfortable at all, and the bathroom was dirty. The bartender was rude and tried to accuse me of not paying for a drink, and closed the bar down. She argued with the other guests and blamed them after she remembered that I did pay. Someone asked for a manager and was double teamed by the two employees at the front desk.

Was the worst experience that I have ever had in my life I checked in on the 3/18/22 and ch checked out on 3/20/22 the staff at the front desk was rude at night the bartender was rude and racist she accused my family members of stealing 9 dollars when she had put the 9 dollars in her tip jar that was for paying for my sister think she was telling us all of her personal business about how sh had totaled her car because she had kept the bar open late one Wednesday of that week my sister had went to the front desk to ask if she can speak to a manager and the woman with blue hair said for what she didn’t do anything wrong she was arguing with customer in front of a lot of other customers and then the male that was behind the desk said that you are not going to talk to my coworker like that my sister said she felt love ke he was going to fight her because he was just that rude meanwhile bartender closed the bar down and was telling other customers that my sister didn’t tip and just kept going on and on being very unprofessional I am currently speaking with a lawyer and better business bureaus about my experience their we do not have to still a 9 dollar drink we all are a working hard family military and drive very expensive cars Benz and BMW why would we have to still a 9 dollar drink and plus we paid alot for the rooms to we all travel very far to come there to that hotel to get treated like trash in front of so many other customers I would not be coming back there

I've stopped here twice late at night on my way to visit friends and family in Northern IL and both times I was charged by Hotels.com for a room and directly from the hotel always at a different price than the app. One time $20 more. Second time $20 less. Nice, clean hotel, but always double check your bank/credit card statement.

Needed a place to stay on short notice (8:00 PM) with my German Shepherd. Staff greeted me and my dog, with a welcome gift of dog treats and poop bags. Bar was open, restaurant was open, lobby area was refreshed and clean. Hallways were re-done and clean and bright, ice machine was working well. Room was spotless, looked like a fresh remodel. Bed was comfortable, not a cheap mattress. Overall Excellent.

The hotel was clean. The room was nice. I didn’t like that adults were drinking Alcoholic beverages in the pool area with my children. Children were running up and down hallways. Elevator had water in it.
