Great stay!

It rained heavily one night and the carpet by the window was soaking wet. We told the front desk and nothing was done. It remained wet for the rest of our stay. The bathtub had he air in it after it had been cleaned. Tiffany at the front desk was very helpful and sweet.

Good family friendly. One draw back is there is no lift and I had my old parents with me. Our room was in 2nd floor and they were having hard time to use stairs

I found the accuracy of the hotel was not completely off. I was expecting at least a 4 star hotel. Photos made the hotel and room look very nice but once we got here, it was the complete opposite. Hallway carpet was lifted and smelled damp. There is No Elevator on the property which makes it a bit difficult to carry heavy luggage up a flight of stairs. Both ice machines on the property were broken during our stay and breakfast was not “buffet” style at all. False advertising overall on behalf of hotel. Definitely not worth what we paid for per night to be quite honest. Breakfast: Fruit tasted like it had been sitting there for a while despite it being brought out by kitchen staff only a few seconds before. Coffee only had half and half and sugar as additives versus other hotel chains. The sole “meat” option was minuscule cubes of ham in water. Not even the oatmeal had any topping to add to it like other hotels we have stayed in for CHEAPER pricing. Pool area has one working umbrella and the exercise room has both treadmills out of service and a cable machine with 90% of its attachments missing. For someone who always counts on a properly stocked gym, this was extremely unfortunate. No free weights at all to substitute for the rusting and second hand equipment they had at this location either. The bathroom is so snug that you can’t close the door when you are using the toilet. I hit my 3 daughter’ legs so many times trying to close the door that the door stayed open.
