The hotel was dirty, in need of remodeling. Old, smelled like mold. Curtains were ripped from the rod, little furniture in the room. No mountain view as the ad promised. Old, janky furniture with knicks and stains. Bathroom was disgustingly dirty. I did not stay at the hotel and asked Expedia for a refund. I'm still waiting.

This hotel came recommended as a 5 star stay during our time in Belo Horizonte. However I did find the amenities and service to be lacking. No bell boy to bring luggage to room on arrival. Sub par air conditioning in Brazils summer heat. Extremely outdated rooms and elevator that were often broken. The workers were friendly but this place needs a complete overhaul.

Boa recepção, tamanho do quarto bom, tamanho do banheiro ótimo, a ducha do quarto excelente (dava vontade de ficar horas no banho), a área do box com ótimo tamanho (principalmente pra quem tem filhos, consegue entrar junto). Café da manhã com excelente variedade, com destaque para as tapiocas e omeletes feitos na hora.

O hotel eh antigo mas está bem conservado e eh bonito. Nada de especial. No geral, funcionários corteses. Mas o check In foi sofrível, 40 minutos na fila, mesmo tendo feito previamente o preenchimento dos dados. Tudo pq o hotel estava cheio e só tinha 2 funcionários atendendo, funcionários que demoravam demais em cada atendimento e não resolviam as demandas. Além disso, o atendimento era interrompido pra receber pagamento de produtos das máquinas de auto atendimento. Não tinha ninguém pra resolver o problema. Às 7 da manhã acordamos com um barulho enorme de algo parecendo um gerador que não parou mais até a hora q deixamos o quarto.

(Seria 1 se fosse considerar o valor pago.) - Ao chegarmos no hotel, por cerca de 18h00 do dia 22/10, tivemos que aguardar por cerca de 30 minutos ainda após uma viagem exaustiva de 12h. Pelo preço que cobraram, inadmissível. - No mesmo dia, após cerca de 30 minutos dentro do quarto, recebemos uma ligação pedindo para que houvesse uma transferência de quarto (do andar 21 para o 14), já estávamos tomando banho. - ⁠No dia 24/10 não arrumaram o quarto mesmo sinalizando que podiam entrar e arrumar. - Pagamos dois convidados para o café da manhã, mas quando comeram a tapioca a massa estava gelada, pois foram empilhando as massas na chapa. Recomendo que façam a massa da tapioca na hora do pedido.
