Location was excellent; close to the tram, walking distance to old town and a very cool little restaurant downstairs which served lovely meals and Turkish wine. I would actually have preferred to have breakfast there rather than the hotel. Rooms were pleasant and spacious and perfectly clean. Staff were all really nice too.

The hotel’s location is great for those want to explore the city since it’s right next to the bus and tramway stations and the ferry port. Overall the hotel was great, especially the breakfast buffet. The location was fantastic. We loved how close it was to the metro station and lively area of Karakoy. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and kind. They made our stay very memorable, especially Hayran and Borak (sorry for misspelling).
