Great room, comfortable bed but our air wasn't cooling at it's best. Staff was willing to change the room but we had already gotten ready for bed so we declined. Great spot for an overnight stay for an early flight.

It’s nice hotel convenient to places to eat and airport parking. I was a bit turned off to see a tip jar at the check-in counter. Never been to a hotel that had that at the checkout counter.

It was a quick stay. Employees were friendly. According to the info about the hotel shuttle on the hotel’s information on hotels.com confirmation, it stops at 11 pm so we did not attempt to contact the hotel for the shuttle but found it was still operating after we arrived to the hotel. Room was clean and comfy but pillows very high and hard. Cover for bed was not so nice - polyester more like a shower curtain. Room was spacious and okay breakfast as well.

Stains on the couch. Couch had lots of crumbs. The shuttle from airport seats were cut with metal coming through that hurt shoulder. Driver took corners quickly and sharp.

We booked, and our flight was changed. We were one hour past the 24-hour cancellation with Hotels.com, and the hotel would not give us a break. We had to spend the night in Philly and also pay for this hotel room. It seemed a bit rigid, and there was not great customer service. I will make a point not to book this hotel or chain again.

A budget friendly hotel. Price was decent for the area, but rooms were noisy, you could hear the water running and toilets flushing from other rooms as well as anyone in the hallway. Rooms were muggy and ac noisy. Staff at check in were friendly and food was decent.

Average hotel. Service was fine. Clean. However, we relied on this hotel to provide a shuttle service. The shuttle was on time. HOWEVER, they were small shuttles and filled up fast (around 9 people per shuttle) and the shuttle went to every hotel in that block so do NOT rely on the shuttle. Just get an uber.

We booked last minute because of a flight delay that caused us to miss a connection. The main reason we booked was because of a free airport shuttle. This worked wonderfully to get to the hotel from the airport. However, the shuttle driver for the morning time we signed up for in advance never showed up. The hotel offered no alternatives so we ended up hiring a lift. We could’ve done that from any hotel.
