Great hotel in a lovely location

Lovely hotel. The staff were all friendly and greeted us warmly every day. The food at both breakfast and dinner was good quality and there was good variety, although the themed nights were a bit weird.

The stay was pleasant, very nice overall. The rooms are nice and spacious. Breakfast and dinner buffet had plenty of good food, the staff was friendly. The strip of beach that belongs to the hotel isn’t very big, so there aren’t too many beds and umbrellas available, but that also means it is calm and there aren’t many people. We had a good time

This was a lovely, all inclusive adults only hotel which suited us well. Unfortunately, our arrival did not go smoothly and we were quite disappointed with the inefficient check in which took over 40 minutes but after that, things were much better, We enjoyed the food, the wine and beer and certainly lots of warm sunshine. On check out, we were given a room to shower in before our afternoon departure so I think the hotel redeemed itself adequately. The air conditioning in the room was certainly efficient and very welcome!

Lovely hotel

Lovely hotel. We arrived off the ferry from Italy at 7.15 am after a horrid crossing and the hotel receptionist went out of her way to allocate us a room way earlier than check in, for which we shall be eternally grateful. Buffet meals fabulous, pool areas lovely (although after 6 days the ‘muzak’ played on repeat made me want to boil my ear drums!) and our sea-view room was stunning. You can organise trips through the hotel if you get itchy feet like us, and there is a wonderful liitle restaurant just along the road which is open all day (Boukari Beach) plus a mini supermarket and atm. Overall we had a fabulous time.

The hotel was decent for the price we paid. It had almost everything we needed but of BASIC quality. Negatives: - Poor quality old towels, bedding and mattress. - Sun loungers dirty. - Noisy housekeeping staff in the early hours. - Spa Reception should be separated from the indoor pool to reduce noise levels. - TV channels were mainly German. Positives: - Rooftop bar and restaurant - Lunch buffet was nice - Free parking - Gym and sauna - Close to nice restaurants - Quiet location - Local feel

Some good food, good beer and white wine. Sun beds at the “quiet pool” are great and the pool bar. The pool by the sea is the actual quiet pool, but the sun beds are old and not to comfortable. The best restaurant is by the sea. Wi-Fi is not great, quite slow, mobile coverage is low, 4g at some places, mostly edge. (Not the hotels fault) Cleaning is ok. I was expecting more from a 5 star hotel. Bit expensive for what you get.

First of all the staff is absolutely outstanding! Friendly and helpful, thanks for it. We liked the property as it’s new and clean. Comfortable beds. We had AI option and very liked it, huge variety of food(seafood and meat). Main disadvantage for me is coffee, they didn’t have normal coffee machine at breakfast, and in general they have only instant coffee-which is disgusting. Please kindly change it.

Had some complimentary drinks on arrival, didn’t really feel any sense welcome when we got there the reception guys just stared at us as we walked to them lol . Anyways the guy that came with the drinks did seem welcoming came with refreshment towels too. Check in was smooth, room was alright just a big stain by the relaxing chair and also some clothes from upstairs balcony in the pool. The stuff quickly assisted with that. Pool bar had a variety of drinks , good selection of breakfast. Kinda hard to find parking but can’t fault this Hotel. It was good.

Rooms lovely and spotless and great size. Food however was very poor - buffet food was disgusting with plates not taken away and lunch time food at the pool bar not great as on one day served a pizza without the cheese melted. Very far away from everything ans secluded but nearby tavernas for food were lovely. All inclusive drinks weren’t great but cocktails on the rooftop were much nicer but was an added cost. Long way from 5 star hotel need to work on improving food and beverage and also a higher level of service from staff. Disappointed as this hotel has great potential

Amazing staff, especially the night receptionist. Didn’t catch his name but the gentleman added to the experience and assisted wherever possible. 5* all around. Small beaches locally but I would not suggest walking any further. The staff suggested Me and my partner rented a quad that got dropped off at the front door of the hotel. We managed to see the whole island in one day and dropped it back off to the hotel. One road connects everything along the coast so you if you’re planning on going into the city then be prepared to walk for long periods or pay €60 minimum for a taxi. Our quad was €80 for the day and we managed to do the same trip multiple times a day.

Fabulous bedrooms, however beds are not very comfortable & pillows are way too hard! Food in main restaurant is boring & tasteless, but staff were amazing & in particular Nasos. Pool bar was good for food, but staff were quite poor with the exception of Thansis. He was excellent & worked hard. The beach is tiny & is across the road from the hotel, wear shoes going in because its rocky…. Really nice first thing in the morning - fab sunrise! Spa treatment was fantastic, big shout out to Sikas & Joanna out therapists. The shower in the spa needs some hooks or somewhere to hang a towel & robe. Mine got soaked while washing off the body scrub. Housekeeping were excellent & room was well maintained everyday. Entertainment in the hotel was only ok. Overall a pleasant experience!

Horrifying experience

Let’s put it this way, the experience was so bad overall we forfeited a full night of stay and checked out to go stay at a different hotel. If you book a sea view room, chances are you will get a room with view of a few trees. They advertise all their rooms as sea view. There were a line of guests wanting to change their rooms after checking because no had sea view even though they all had paid extra for it. The hotel was offering a complimentary cocktail which is worth 9 euros to make up for the misleading advertisement. Rooms were not clean, no soap in the bathroom. Had to go down to the reception 5 times just to get different toiletries. Very disappointing.

The good: beautiful views and nice pool areas, friendly staff, lovely big rooms. The not so good: all inclusive a bit misleading, we were told when we arrived we got a meal at the restaurant once during our stay, when we tried to book it they said it’s only if you’re staying for a week, which wasn’t made clear anywhere. The all inclusive food was not great, though lots of choice it was very salty. The buffet restaurant is very brightly lit so not a great environment for a nice evening meal. And it’s not possible to take food off site if you want to go out for the day. The indoor pool was not heated so not usable (apparently was broken) but also the spa area is in the lobby so feels quite busy and not very relaxing. All inclusive soft drinks options are not great; all very sweet and nothing very fresh. If you have amazing weather then these things are probably not big issues, unfortunately we had a lot of rain so spent more time indoors than we had hoped to.

Covered the basics

This was a bit of a mixed bag. It somewhat lack bits in the execution. The hotel is very worn and doesn’t fully live up to the pictures. Paint, broken tiles, dated furniture. Staff was OK, covered the basic, but could have been a bit more accommodating and friendly. Amazing roof top restaurant / bar (not included in all-inclusive which is OK and clearly stated). Beautiful view, amazing food, cocktails on point and good service and ambience. Pool area lacked atmosphere and luxury. Nice beach, furniture and service there not up to standard. Main all-inclusive buffet was OK, didn’t like the restaurant so much.

Fint sted, Imødekommende personale både i receptionen og på restauranterne. Vi blev meget overrasket, da vi ankom, hvor stort det var, med mange forskellige hoteller og områder. Selvom man havde betalt all inklusive, var der alligevel meget som var begrænset, såsom restauranter, drikkelse mm. - hvilket endte med at skabe mere forvirring end gavn. Vores tjek ind, resulterede i at vi 3 gange inden for en time måtte henvende os nede i receptionen, grundet det givende værelse ikke havde hvad vi havde bestilt (havudsigt) og at appen som de kører mange af deres ting på ikke fungerede. Heldigvis fik vi tilbudt nyt værelse og hjælp til appen, men vi havde brug for at tingene bare spillede ved ankomst. Maden var rigtig fin, på main restauranten. Super løsning med et lille supermarked, da der er langt ind til den nærmeste by på gå ben. Tip.. Tjek så vidt muligt taxa priser mm hjemmefra, dette endte for os med 55 euro hver vej fra port/airport.

Lovely resort, excellent if you a quite, relaxing getaway in a sunny place. Very lovely and efficient housekeeping, very welcoming personnel in the dining areas. Plenty of pools. The beach is quite and lovely.
