Rooms were spacious and clean. Only down side, the hot tub and pool had been closed due to COVID restrictions but this was not mentioned on the site. The kids were upset about this! Too bad we could not have warned them.

The hotel has a little kitchenette which is a plus during this covid19 if you didnt want to eat inside the restaurant. Walking distance to convenience store and take out order in the pedestrian village. The only thing i didnt like that i was put in a two adjoining rooms (A&B)separate doors and another door to get inside and very tight if you have luggage. It’s still great hotel to stay in

Summer 2020

Had a wonderful time at Mt Tremblant, the hotel accommodation was perfect, beds and even the sofa bed was comfortable LOL. Booked the space for the kitchen and it was exactly as I wanted it to be. Much easier for families and kids to have a stocked ready to use kitchen. Thank you for that. Even with COVID situation we were able to enjoy the pool with reservations. The breakfast could have been better (muffin/yogurt/cheese/juice box) but i completely understand... perfect fir the kids. All in all it was great and I highly recommend this hotel. See you next time.

The property is very nice, I stayed in the past. I would have liked to have had more info on the restrictions of covid on the website. It did not specifiy we would have take and go breakfast, I would have stocked up on milk and toast since i have a kitchen. The reservation of the pool was really difficult. Only 9 people is impossible to get a spot. I think they could have allowed a little more as did other properties. There was a lack of cleaning products in the kitchen, had to keep looking for maid for dishwasher soap for the machine. The soap should have a scent to it because the product used has no scent leaving the dishes really smelly. Other then that, the room was nice, everthing was to our expectation.

Summer vacation

We where a little surprised that they don’t clean the rooms prior to Covid hotels that offered that gave you a small discount. I think “bagged” breakfast.m should be indicated in their definition if “breakfast included and the pool, I understand it is challenging but 25 minute reservations are too short, I think the number if people 6 with two life guards that don’t social distance amongst themselves a but much. There is also an area outside the pool that I think they could add a few more chairs and “social distance” and allow those to swim but not access area of pool otherwise. I think the reservation combining with exercising logic example if you have a family 6 all huddling on same chairs with 2 swimming 75% of the pool is empty. The Fairmont for example sets a max of people to enter the pool of 25 ( pools and area are bigger) with a max time of 90 minutes assuming another person wants in. We got kicked out of the pool at Marriott despite no new individuals coming in and the pool being empty as our 25 minutes was up?!?! Hot tubs where also closed also not indicated in description. I get all of these changes and adapting to them are not easy on businesses thus the above are simple suggestions. Otherwise the stay was nice as usual.

The location was excellent and really convenient as it allowed us to walk everywhere and have a home base right in the village. The room was spacious and I loved having the extra living space and kitchen. The staff was wonderful and the service was good. The hotel could use some sprucing up and the cleaning could be better. Also, understand that the buffet breakfast was not available because of COVID-19 but they could change up the boxed meals (include some breakfast wraps, sandwiches, bagels, etc.), instead of offering the same thing every single morning.

We had a good stay. Due to covid pool is only available for 25 minute time slots and breakfast is packaged. Otherwise our stay was good. Location is good near the bottom of the mountain. Close to the restaurants and gondola to go up.
