Amazing stay at Sheraton Jeddah Hotel! The hotel was clean, luxurious, and the service was excellent. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. Special thanks to Marouan for his outstanding service and professionalism — he truly made our stay extra special and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit.

Room was clean upon check in. The food choices were very good, whether breakfast or dinner. As a gym enthusiast, the gym had great equipment to facilitate any type of workout I wanted to do and it was very well maintained.. Overall nice and quiet hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. 10 out of 10 recommend.

8/10 非常好

Staff were generally amazing and went out of their way. One exception was the pool where there was no one and tough to get service. There’s no full length mirror in the room and the room coffee maker was down. But would stay again. good location and good service
