Very disappointed. The hotel was in bad condition and they forgot to clean my room. The guests around me were very noisy, but it seems to be normal in that hotel.

HORRIBLE experience. Dirty rooms, non working appliances, rude staff, part of ceiling in shower fell off and hit my son in the head when he was showering.

I just needed a place to spend the night. It was just fine for that. It was very near the freeway and services I needed.

Very Bad Customer Service.
The lady in the front desk Judy was not customer service oriented at all. Very dry and cold. I arrived around 12noon, I told her that I had a reservation. She said check in is until 3pm Sirrr; in a very condesending way. This left me shocked without words, asked her if I could check in early. She replied with a cold empy response; 3pm Sir. While she was talking to her mother on the phone. Not taking the courtesy to hang up her phone dealing with me a paying honest customer. Will not be returning to this hotel again.

I enjoyed my stay, the room next door was a bit loud, so I couldn't sleep well but after a few hours I was able to relax and enjoy my stay.

Will not book here again!
The carpet was so filthy my white socks turned black. We stayed 2 days and my room was never cleaned. When I called reception, they said I was supposed to request my room to get done ahead of time; no one told me that and I’ve never had to request housekeeping it usually just gets done. Then I asked if someone could come and get the garbage at least but no one came,
