I loved the staff, everyone really nice. One thing I will say is food is not as good as we thought it would be, the alcohol is cheap and you can taste it, but I do want to make sure that the staff gets a good reward because they are AMAZING. every single on of them are great and try to make it the best experience as possible.

Food was “okay”...no eggs, no bacon or any of the traditional breakfast items. It was more cater to Hispanic culture food I would say. Had a big puddle of water in my room when I checked in, however, they did come clean it quick when I called. About 3 out of the 11 people I spoke with on the staff spoke good enough English to respond. It’s more of a family atmosphere...only stayed there one night and then went someone else.

The room i had , had no water pressure and the AC wasnt working . I let the feint desk people know however they did nothing

Thank God I only stayed one night at this hotel. I feel so bad for people that go thinking it’s an actual all inclusive resort!

The staff here are so nice and always ready to fill your needs or answer any questions. The rooms were cleaned spotless everyday and the food/drinks were great! We can’t wait to return.

Staff was excellent, made us feel welcome and special. Aaron did a great job with daily activities, getting us all involved in fun games. The atmosphere was wonderful. Nice small resort, perfect fir our kids to run around and feel comfortable and safe. Food was delicious, daily sushi bar, fancy Italian and the everyday restaurant had new fresh meals each day. Only complaint would be lack of water to drink each day. We had to ask for each little glass from the bar or restaurant or pay for bottles in our room. Overall we had an excellent trip and loved the Cancun bay resort. Emmett was our #1 waiter!

This hotel is most likely one of the worst in Cancun. Upon arrival we were told that they do not follow Covid-19 social distancing or masks in public areas but to rinse off prior to getting into the pool. Our room was in disrepair, from lights not working, mold in the bathroom, a broken window and one of the TVs barely hanging onto the wall Now let's not food - YUCK!! Not only is it tasteless but it was cold. Every meal is buffet and they serve it to you and it was stone cold. My cold coffee was served in a chipped coffee mug. There is not a real beach, which I was aware of from the other reviews but they failed to mention that the hotel sits next to two party boat docks and the noise is unbearable from early morning until the late evening. Even if I was offered a free stay I would NEVER go back here. My family and I check out early and moved to another resort where we would feel safe and secure and actually enjoy our vacation.

They have very good food and the service is very friendly.

With flights changing multiple times we end up getting there a day early and paying $200 for a super small room. Not even sure it was the one we were supposed to stay in but we’re told it was. Almost everyday there was no water pressure, heat, or even water at all; when complained for the 3rd time as water stopped in the middle of showering the representative was rude on the phone.The cleaning service took all day to clean our room so most days wasn’t clean. For an all inclusive we had to pay $5 extra for food room service and after midnight it was no longer available. The main bar closed early at 11pm and you could no longer get shots after 10pm. Pool wasn’t cleaned on a regular basis either and pool service was non existent. Did not have entertainment everyday. Service in the dining room was very very slow as well. I do not recommend this place!

Excellent service , staff, and amenities. Great location and many other additional activities offered.
