We loved it!

Everything was great about this resort! The food, service, amenities, entertainment, pool areas, and the friendly staff! I had the all inclusive which was totally worth it. I purchased directly through the resort, not thru a private owner (that only gets you a free breakfast and you cannot even order a bottle of water).

Excellent resort for anyone of any age.

The hotel is a little dated but in a charming way. All of the facilities were very clean. The pools are amazing. The COVID requirements were strict and enforced as is their security check points. The access to the mall was excellent. We were upgraded because our standard room type wasn't available, so our one bedroom suite had two full bathrooms, one with a bathtub. The kitchenette was an added bonus as well as the extra living room area. Our veranda was double. We faced the pool with ocean views. The pool noise was only heard when the patio doors were open. I wish there was a lounge chair, but the outdoor seating was sufficient. Everything was so clean and in such great condition, like brand new. A bonus because of the age of the resort is that the room was huge even by suite standards. I highly recommend this room for a family.

So much yes!!!

I took my three teenagers here for a Spring Break getaway and we ALL had a blast! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the facility is wonderful. I felt extremely safe letting my kids walk around or play beach volleyball while I read my book by the pool. We had a fabulous dinner the last night (you must make a reservation with the concierge!!!) but also enjoyed the food/beverages that were always available in multiple locations. Guest services helped us pick excursions (Extreme Adventures was a MUST DO, as well as the pirate ship trip to Majahuitas) and the concierge was a lifesaver going above and beyond to schedule our covid testing outside of the normal hours so we wouldn’t have to cancel our excursions. The beach and hotel are clean and beautiful. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite that was perfect for us. I used the gym (hated the mandatory mask wearing even on the equipment, but I managed) and I had a phenomenal and inexpensive massage. Transportation everywhere was easy and everyone, as I said, was friendly and helpful. We all can’t wait to go back.

Good access to the pool and beach. The waiters on the beach and around the pool were very attentive. Unfortunately, our room was on the first floor and we could hear the water pipes and toilet above. To boot, the breakfast food was so so. The lunches and snacks were good.

This is a high-pressure time share property; they will push and push all times of the day to participate in the time share marketing meetings. We found it unpleasant, offensive and ruined a large part of our vacation.

The property is very nice and the food is great better then most other resorts. But there is a catch! When you read the website or add it makes you believe when you book all inclusive you have access ronkt all. You don’t!!!! Be aware that when you. Ook all inclusive you can not eat in most restaurants they have. You can. Not use the red room or fitness etc. We expected more from our all inclusive but still was a great trip.

Very nice property however we were here to take advantage of stem cell treatments so we did not experience many of the offerings due to the nature of our visit to Mexico
