We had a great experience. The lobby looks updated as well as the restaurant. Some of the pool area could use a face lift but otherwise it was great!! Beautiful lake view, and walking distance to a ton of restaurants.

The spa, gym and pool were excellent. Restaurant’s menu changed for the best since our last visit and we enjoyed few takeouts from hotel’s restaurant. Room seems like had not had “facelift” for years and needed some renovations. It was nice stay. I wish the room / bathroom were updated.

The staff and property at the Lake Arrowhead Resort and Spa were just stellar! It was my first time staying, as I was there for a wedding and I thoroughly enjoyed myself. The bar and restaurant were also very lively and I had a delicious meal there the first night I arrived-I will definitely be returning!

I stayed here for my daughter’s wedding. First time at the hotel. I use to own a place up the road. No fault of the hotel, but a lot of adjoining businesses have shut down. The front of the hotel could use some maintenance as the wood is weathering and could use some painting. Great restaurant that overlooks the lake with exceptional coffee, but food was a bit cold. Room was very clean and beds super comfy. Surprised that the keys aren’t the new tap ones. Plenty of towels in the bathroom, but not much shampoo or soap. Overall like this place, but maybe in need of a refresh and next door is a great brewery!

Beautiful spot for a quick getaway with my partner and dogs. Wish we were able to use pool and lake beach area but unfortunately, we had our small pups with us. We will need to return without them as we would have loved to take advantage of spa and work out rooms as well. Had 2 amazing dinners at Bin 189. Food and service was excellent.
