I reserved and paid for an accessible bathroom. I am in a wheelchair and cannot use regular toilets and tubs. I called the day before to make sure the reservation was correct and was told I had the room and accessible bathroom.
I arrived the next day to NO accessible bathroom. I was told there was No request for such but only for a first floor. I had the printout to prove the original request.
I had to leave my room and go down the hall all night to use the public restroom in my nightgown and in my wheelchair. The next day they had the right room for me and when preparing to move, the upcharged me. I had no choice but to pay it after I already paid their too high room charge for what they offered. This place was poorly run, certainly Not the reputation of a Hampton and should not be allowed to fly their flag. What a rip off
