I stayed in a connecting room, not sure if it was unoccupied, the room was full of dust and the towels were moldy.

Room issue not Ok
I was a little upset with my reservation this trip! I booked a king premium room and when I checked in, I was told there were no king rooms left. I was offered a queen room in the same tower and when I got to the room, the door was wide open and when I checked the bed, there black spots on the sheet and holes and there was water spilled on the furniture. I had to travel down from the higher floor all the way back down to the lobby. I told them that room was not acceptable and I did not want that room. So they moved me to another tower and still not a king room, another queen! Room was cleaner but this is not acceptable when I had an advanced reservation and I did not get what I had a reservation for. I keep giving Harrahs anoher chance to do better with each trip I have stayed there, but I am running low on patience. I will be thinking about booking elsewhere if this continues. NOT ACCEPTABLE!

The room looked okay when we first walked in. Upon looking around the room we notice how absolutely filthy the room was. There was a sticky thick coating on all of the dresser draw handles. The shower had mold all through out it with hairs all over it. The dressers, table and nightstand all had dust and filth on them. The mini fridge didn’t work we had to fill the The coffee maker was filled with mold in the back. The ac vent smelled so badly of mold that it made my asthma act up. The bathroom hairs all over and tons of dust on the back of the sink where the mirror is. I was very disappointed with the way the room was considering the price that we paid for the room! I will not be staying here again nor would I recommend to anyone I know. I will direct them else where.
