My sister & I were there 7 nights. The desk staff was friendly. The beds are old and creaked & squeaked all night and aren't comfortable. I was told they clean the room M W & F. Returning to the room Fri eve the only thing done was they hung up my dirty towels. Bed wasn't changed, trash wasn't taken out, floor wasn't vacuumed. They didn't put 'extras' in the room for the days it wasn't tended to so I had to ask for towels, coffee & cups almost everyday and finally a trash bag so I could change the trash. Though even after asking in the AM we returned to find we didn't get them and had to go to the front desk and ask again. Also, the AC unit is controlled. It could only be lowered to 68 so the room was warm to sleep in and it didn't have an option to keep the fan on. This is a huge pet peeve of mine. I don't understand why rooms can't be cleaned properly on a regular basis. Most people are not in the rooms during the day so there's no "threat" to housekeeping. And with a reduction in service provided the room rate remains the same. I can not recommend staying here.

Room 361 was located below ground with a view of a window well below parking level. The air conditioning had a problem and was very noisy. (See picture). No chance of changing rooms as 2 ships were in at the Naval Station in Bremerton and all area hotels were full. Breakfast was offered at lobby breakfast area, consisting of bagels, cereal, coffee juice, fridge contents were milk yogurt, and bottled water.

I booked this hotel, because the description said it had a jacuzzi tub. We got there and our room had a handicap shower only. They told us they removed the jacuzzi tubs from the rooms. I wish i would have known that before I booked it. We went down for breakfast at 8:50 and the attendant was already putting breakfast away. She told us to grab something quick (there wasn't much), because she doesn't get paid if she stays past 9. The breakfast the next day was nothing. The description said breakfast buffet, but there was nothing hot at all. The cable box in our room kept not working, so we only had tv half the time. The room was nice and beds comfortable. The front desk lady let us use the breakfast area to eat dinner at, since our room had no table. For the price we paid, we expected the hotel to be better.

This hotel is run down. The room I stayed in smelled and the air conditioner didn't work very well - it seemed to make the room humid. The card key entry doors didn't fully close unless you pulled them shut so the hotel wasn't very secure.

My stay at this hotel can only be described as non-existing. I made my reservation for a deluxe room with 3 beds and verified i was traceling with 2 dogs. When i arrived at 10:00 at night and asked about the pet deposit, they acted surprised. Then gave me my keys and off i went to the 5th floor with everyone in tow, including my 83 year old mother. I arrive to my room and several monutes later, i receive a call from the front counter saying we needed to switch rooms because we cant have the dogs in that room. So i trapse back down with all our stuff and my 83 year old mom. They give me the keys to a new room. I ask if there are 3 beds and she tells me its a king size bed that sleeps 3. I say i paid for 3 beds. Not 1 large bed. So she agrees to send 2 cots at no cost. Fine, we start our trek to the other end of the gotel with my 83 year old mom, now at 10:30. We get the the room finally and i put the key in multiple times and it doesnt work. I continue for several minutes when all of a sudden the door flies open and a very angry man and large dog are on the other side telling me i have the wrong room. I drag my 83 year old mother, now 10:45 at night back to the other side of the hotel and tell the front desk person that the room she gave to us is occupied with a very unhappy man and dog. She was very confused and searching her computer. After 5 minutes i said forget it. We are done here. I want a refund. She said a manager would call and i have heard nothing

This hotel was crowded parking lot wise. and that is good. Nice clean quite rooms. Comfortable beds. Baths that have warm water, and the option of taking a bath or shower (unlike other places that advertise a bath). Good place to stay, worth the money.

We tried to check in early as we were on our way to a wedding, but we were unable to. By the time we arrived - Close to midnight- there were no parking spots available in the lot. Our room was on the 3rd floor, which is actually part of the basement rooms. Our room was dark and not very good lighting. It was clean and comfortable but not worth the inflated summer price we paid. Convenient to the freeway if you’re out on the peninsula.

We weren't allowed to check in until after check-in time because rooms were still being cleaned. Overall, the room was clean. Bathroom was very small. The housekeeping staff only came in our room twice during a 6-night stay. The other days, for some reason, they just passed us by. Also, our room only had 2 bath towels to start, when the occupancy was rated as 4 persons. Our biggest concerns were the beds, which were hard and very uncomfortable, and the wireless internet, which was non-existent! We got a signal, sure, but it was so weak 24/7 that it did not support using any of our devices. We had to use our cell phones for hotspots, but that was difficult too because the cellular signal in the room was very weak. We had to stand/sit by the sliding door of the balcony to get a medium signal. The further into the room we got, we lost signal. Time for this hotel to purchase new mattresses and upgrade their Wi-Fi system! We would not stay here again.
