Our stay was nice, the area was quiet and several places to eat. The staff were friendly and clean area

This location served it's purpose. They are updating the AC in their rooms so my first one had a realy loud floor unit. I informed the front desk and they had me in a colder and quieter room in less than 30 minutes! So customer service was excellent during my stay.
The only complaints I have are
1. The trash needs to be emptied more frequently as there was always a smell of trash in the hallways of the second and third floors.
2. The cooking items aren't uniform in each room.

Manager not nice
The reasons I have all excellent is the support staff was awesome except one but I have to give a shout out to two outstanding staff Jeff front desk and please hope I get it right is Ilene I hope I said the right name but I think she’s a supervisor for housekeeping. I’ve been going to Hilton since I was a kid my parents have been reward members for like a 100 yrs 😀 been to like 100 Hilton never been treated so low by I think his name is Stephen I think front desk clerk when I checked in not very friendly through out the stay and the manager Mariann or something like I said never been treated like a second class citizen. Ok we went there for a stay cay cuz my mom she’s a disabled vet she just stop walking a month and half ago and my brother Chris who is also a disabled vet since my dad passed away I quit job moved into childhood home so we get out every weekend for stay cays well trust in check out day we had to much stuff for one trip so I stayed behind checkout was at 12 but I told the manager the situation and rudely she told me I have to leave right then and there and I hit we nervous she don’t want to let me in after I locked my stuff in room I’ll tell you she made me feel like a second class citizen she made me feel low cuz I was gay. I know that nowdudkt even hide it like I said never been treated so poorly by a Hilton manager. So it was perfect besides those two awful people I actually left embarrased and shamed I left in tears. Most awful feeling.m

The facility was nice, but a number of things bothered me. The king size bed was made with queen size linens. The fitted sheet was barely holding on, and the covers didn't sufficiently cover us so there was always a pull for covers. The top covering was not a blanket or sheet, but something that was made to cover a mattress on all four sides. The layout of the room was awkward, as the door needed to be nearly closed in order to get around the bed to the other side.
