This is a nice hotel in the Earl's Court area. They offer breakfast but we didn't choose to eat there, but they have a nice bar with happy hour from 5-9. The rooms were clean and had great air conditioning.

Our stay was a bad experience. The first room we were given was on the 1st floor and had a strong smell of damp and mold. On the second day, we requested a room change, but unfortunately the room on the 2nd floor had the same issue. In general, there was an unpleasant smell throughout the entire hotel. In addition, the room windows could not be opened, so there was no option to ventilate the room. The carpets on the floor also smelled bad, which seriously affected our stay in a negative way. The only positive aspect of the hotel was its location close to the metro.

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe einer U-Bahn Station (Zone 2) was für einen London -Besuch nicht ganz unwichtig ist. Für Fußballfans-in der Nähe ist die Heimat von Chelsea. Für einen längeren gemütlichen Aufenthalt vielleicht etwas klein die Zimmer. Aber für eine London-Reise für 3-5 Tage voll ausreichend.Nette hilfsbereite Hotelangestellte.

Good, Clean

Good basic hotel, nothing special. The front desk was very helpful with touring tips, tickets, etc. It was clean but rooms were small per normal European standards. Close to tube. Great local places to eat.

Gerne wieder

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Frühstück für englische Verhältnisse sehr lecker- sehr viel Auswahl =) Service war wirklich sehr nett und hat gerne weitergeholfen... Mehr gibts hierzu nicht zu sagen.

Verkehrsgünstig, aber nicht beeindruckend

Das Hotel liegt direkt an einer großen Straße, sehr nah zur U-Bahn-Station Earls Court (ein Vorteil). Nach Ankunft teilte man uns (ich + Tochter) mit, daß leider kein twin-bedroom mehr zur Verfügung stünde, wir könnten aber ohne Aufpreis zwei Einzelzimmer haben. Das Zimmer meiner Tochter war winzig: mit Einzelbett, Schrank, Tisch mit Fernseher war es bereits so voll, daß man sich kaum drehen konnte. Das Bad war kein Luxus, aber ok. Mein Zimmer war in einem anderen Flur. Es war größer, dafür war das Waschbecken sehr klein und die Klimatisierung funktionierte nicht richtig (es war dieser heiße Sommer!). Die Zimmer waren im Souterrain, zwar mit normalen Fenstern aber eingeschränkt schöner Kelleraussicht. Die Teppiche (besonders in den Fluren) hatten schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Unser Frühstück war continental: etwas Schinken, Butter, Marmelade, Brot, kleine Croissants (etwas trocken) - das kennt man inzwischen hier auch in einfachen Hotels normalerweise besser. Für einen Aufpreis von etlichen Euro gab esauch englisches, das war es uns aber nicht wert. Das Personal war freundlich. Inzwischen hörten wir mehrfach, daß der Wohnstandard nicht mit Deutschland zu vergleichen ist. Für nicht so viel Geld bekommt man anscheinend nicht nur nicht so viel Hotel, sondern eher wenig. Generell scheint das Leben dort auch für die Bevölkerung sehr teuer zu sein. Das merkt man dann eben auch in den Unterkünften.

Not Bad

We were looking for in inexpensive place to stay in a decent location that was clean. That is what we got. Our room was very small, but we got in late and left early, so no big deal. Breatfast was convenient and pretty good, but not included.

Alright for the price.

If you're on a budget, this is a good spot for you. 5 min walk to Earl's Court tube station. Room was small and not a lot like the pictures make it out to be(as always). But it was clean room, though the walls needed work. Comfortable sleep and pretty good value. This is definitely a budget hotel.

Im ganzen angenehmer Aufenthalt. Zimmer war etwas eng, aber sauber und ruhig (Rückseite). Kleiner aber ärgerlicher Fehler der Rezeption: Taxibestellung am Abreisetag wurde trotz Anzahlung und Quittung vergessen.

Personale gentilissimo, hotel molto pulito (cambio lenzuola ogni 2 giorni) e posizione davvero centralissima. Unica pecca, le camere sono piccole. Comunque consigliato.

A good basic hotel

We took a family of three teenagers, plus a couple of extras, so we needed several rooms to cater for them all. This was a good price in that regard. The rooms and hotel is basic and is relatively clean. It's definitely looking tired but that doesn't really impact. Staff were down-to-earth and willing to help. Great location, good local shops and easy tube access. The continental breakfast available was good to start the day.

Not very impressed.

This is a basic hotel and is in need of renovation. It wouldn't take much. New carpeting and a little paint would go a long ways. The rooms are very small but adequate. No comfortable chair so I spent evenings in the lobby reading. The service was great and everyone was very helpful. I said I would stay here again but only because of the price. This is definitely a budget hotel.

Some of the Hotel Staff were very unfriendly, The Rooms were so small, there was no room to store luggage. Electrical outlets were inadequate. Requested repairs to the plumbing were not made. Charges were made for services not rendered.
