I don’t like anything in the hotel. The actual situation does not match the picture. On the day I checked in, the front desk told me that I could check out late, but it was not possible on the day I checked out, which caused me a lot of trouble.

Many fast food style restaurants in walking distance which is good. The room is small and toilet seat is not comfortable. Breakfast option is limited but fresh enough.

Poor decision to stay

hotel rooms are dark. very less lights. Elevator is limited to only 2 persons at a time. Elevator looks dangerous as it takes almost a minute to go from main floor to 3rd floor. Breakfast is served with very limited quantities. One has to ask for refill and wait a long time to get served. Overall performance is very poor.

Several times I wrote my true idea about staying and you didn’t publish it and still you are asking my idea about my last year trip. I don’t know what to say. I was not happy with the service that they even didn’t provide soap and shampoo in the hotel. Bare minimum.

Not to pleased

The hotel and staff was ok. The breakfast was adequate. Unfortunately, I woke up after my second night to find bed bug bites and welts to my face, legs and back. First time ever this has happened to me and not a great experience.
