Not the best hotel

Definitely find another place to stay. We walked into our room and the floor was dirty and there was puddles of water all around our room. Half of the lights and receptacles didn't work. Also found some blood on the wall next to the couch. Hallways looked like they haven't been vacuumed in a while. Just felt dirty being there. Wouldn't recommend

2 day stay

We enjoyed the swimming pool. 🙂 I almost fell when I slipped on the spilled liquid on the elevator floor and it was not cleaned before I needed to use it an hour later. I had to use my own towel to dry the floor. A trash bag was in the hallway on Friday when I arrived and on Sunday I had to let staff know about it due to the smell from the trash bag still there. I will not be staying here in the future.

Piss poor hotel

Check in at 430pm room not ready had to wait an additional hour..Room looked like it was rushed to be cleaned..Stains on floors.. Hallway not vacuumed or cleaned.. Extremely disappointed in condition of room and hotel .. Would not recommend to family or friends... As you can read this also means I will not be staying here again... The only good thing about my stay was how apologetic Barbara was..if not for her I would have walked out

I wouldn't stay again.

It was just okay. It was filthy and not a well maintained property. It's very dated and stale. Customer service was mediocre. Some of the staff had bad attitudes. The kitchenettes and available kitchen accessories was convenient and the room we had was spacious. But that was the only nice part. I wouldn't stay again.

Overall we were very comfortable. What upset me was it was supposed to be a nin smoking hotel but there was strong smell of Marijuana throughout the 3rd floor and got worse Saturday night when my children were going to bed.

Fine for a place to sleep

After going to the wrong location a few miles away we were quickly checked in at the correct hotel. The floor was sticky in the living space. There was only one working elevator which was inconvenient. The room was very humid and the temperature had to be turned very low to get the air conditioning to kick on and relieve the humidity level in the room.

Ok.

Because it's an Extended Stay, there was a kitchenette which was adequate. Dishes and such were available up on request. The microwave oven rotating plate was in need of washinh which I had to do myself; it should have been done when the room was cleaned. The HVAC unit worked fine. The tiled floor seemed to me was in need of a thorough cleaning. The shower while very modern needed to have the grout cleaned which could have been done with some type of bleach so I don't know how long it had been since that was done. The shower basin was perfectly flat which meant that the water did not drain very fast and I found myself standing in half an inch of water. The bed was comfortable and the temperature was adjustable, and the HVAC unit wasn't too loud to sleep while running.

Nice place to stay

Check in went well with no issues. The room was nice but there was 2 lights that did not work, an I take blame on not mentioning before we left.
