It was ok

Rooms are a great size. Such a bonus to be able to spread our suitcases out on the floor. The staff were very polite but i must admit not all of them looked very happy, it was hard to spot a smile, maybe it's because its the end of the session and done of them are a bit tired. The pool was lovely with pool towels supplied. We had dinner at the restaurant and the food was superb, I'd definitely recommend this.

Îlot de détente dans Kakadu

Jabiru est un îlot dans l'immensité du Kakadu National Park, mais il dispose d'un supermarché, une station service, et l'hôtel offre une qualité de séjour agréable. Bonne qualité du buffet de petit déjeuner. Disposition d'une lingerie en self service. Piscine pour se rafraichir après les visites dans le parc.

Exceptional restaurant

Room was large and well equipped. Bathroom on the small side. We had two minor issues that were dealt with prompty by the staff. The food in the restaurant was exceptional and well priced as were the drinks.

Good Location & Pool

Room conditions were nice, Bed comfy, Buffet meal was good, Supermarket, Service Station, good location in Jabiru Kakadu for walks & attractions. Made use of Pool, clean & refreshing & open till 10pm. Got a late checkout, friendly service. 😊 Bit Expensive

It is a very good and convenient place for exploring Kakadu, good breakfast, nice restaurants with quality meals and friendly staff…only downside is it is a bit expensive as there are not much competition!!!

Das Hotel war sicher mal schön. Man hat eine Idee bekommen wie es eigentlich aussehen sollte. Allerdings haben sie aus unserer Sicht einen großen Renovierungsstau. Bei unserem ersten Zimmer war die Toilette kaputt. Nachdem wir ein neues Zimmer bekommen hatten ging dort das Licht nicht. Die Ausstattung ist abgewohnt. Aufgrund des hohen Preises würde ich hier nicht nochmal schlafen.

Das Hotel verfügt über eine beeindruckende Lobby, kostenfreie Parkplätze und ein hervorragendes Restaurant. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, mit Kühlschrank und Föhn. Eingangsbereich und Bad müssten dringend renoviert werden. Das kostenlose WLAN funktioniert nur zeitweise, je weiter das Zimmer von der Lobby entfernt ist, eher nicht Das Hauptproblem ist, dass das Hotel im Zimmer- und im Restaurantservice fast ausschließlich mit "Work and Travel"-Personal arbeitet, also keinen Fachkräfte. Entsprechend ist auch der Service. An zwei von vier Tagen hatten wir keinen bzw. kaum Zimmerservice, an den anderen zwei Tagen war der Zimmerservice okay Auch im Restaurant wirkt der Service zeitweise unkoordiniert, dann ist er wieder sehr engagiert.
