Jason at the front desk was fantastic. He was friendly, professional and helpful, especially by anticipating our needs. For example, he went beyond by suggesting dining venues in the area before we even asked !

No Suites or Separate Bedroom
I booked this hotel specifically because the listing advertised it as a suite with a separate bedroom. What I got was nothing close to that, it was just one open room with no wall or door separating the beds from the sofa bed. The two beds and the sofa bed were so close together it felt cramped, not at all what you’d expect from a true suite. This was misleading and, frankly, false advertising. I feel overcharged for what was essentially a standard room, and I would not have booked it had the description been accurate. Very disappointing experience.

Nice hotel
Let me start off by saying the front desk staff was great. The room we got booked in was not so great. First off. We noticed the damp smell in the hallway by the room that we were in then the next morning we noticed the exhaust fan in the bathroom was not working And there was a leak coming from under the sink whenever you run water. It was reported to the front desk, which said they were reported to maintenance but as of when we were there, of course nothing got fixed because I’m sure it was the holiday weekend so we just went to a family members house and did our personal hygiene. Cares once not happy about it because we paid to stay and do what we need to do there full-time not partly there and partly at a family members house housekeeping was lacking a little bit first day for housekeeping to come in. They took the trash took the dirty towels but left one on the floor didn’t bother to pick it up. to take it with.and just gave us fresh towels so the time we were there, we straightened up our own bed went to the front desk and got our own fresh towels and took our own trash out, so not really a happy stay but the hotel rest of it was really nice

Quick trip
The staff was very hospitable and accommodating. They answered all of our questions. The breakfast attendant was a sweetheart. Breakfast was well stocked, neat, clean and great. We ate at 7:00am.
The elevator and hallways were wet. One elevator smelled terrible. There was trash piled by the garbage can next to the elevator. The building looked worn and the carpet everywhere could use cleaning.

I loved the bed and I also liked that I had a lounge chair to sit and watch tv or read a book instead of a straight back chair this was nice since you could sit with your feet up and not have to lay on the bed to stretch out . the bathroom was great too I enjoyed having a actual shower where I did not have to climb over the tub. At 73 this is a good thing plenty of hot water and handicap rails the toilet was a high one and so I did not struggle to get up yeah!!!!! If this is only room that has these comforts I hope they always give them to seniors. Thank you

1. Why do you have Suites in your name if you don't do Suites?
2. The window Shade was unable to rise. No remote and staff was unable to remedy.
3. Floor Molding near bathroom was missing.
4. Sliding bathroom door was broken and unable to close.
5. TV had two completely different remotes.
I showed the Manager photos of the issues so he could address them before using the room again.
We had two adjoining rooms reserved for 4 days. We left after 2 days. When exiting the Manager tried to give us points (we are not Members) and suggested that we become members. As a parting gift he offered something from the snack bar.
I location was 30300 Gratiot. The rooms were on the 3rd floor possibly 299 and 301.
