Easy hotel inside airport. A little noisy

Check in was great. Staff are friendly and efficient. My room looked internally into the airport. It’s was noisy. The black out curtains did not close all the way which was annoying. Apart from the noise - the room was comfortable and well equipped.

great location for a layover and staff very friendly and helpful. However the room has the noisiest air-conditioning system ever - even when fan (alledgedly) switched off and so had to sleep wearing noise cancelling headphones! Towels in bathroom definitely need replacing - not sure if they were ever fluffy but they are certainly next to bald now! expect better from the Hilton also, no hairdryer or coffee pods for the nespresso machine - really?!

There were a few things faulty with our room (shower head didn’t spray properly, warm water from sink didn’t work) so it needs some upkeep. But it is so handy to stay right in the airport, especially in this busy city, we didn’t mind the small problems.

We liked the convenience this hotel is inside the terminal, very close to international arrivals, my mom and aunt do not walk that much and with all the baggage it was very easy getting there after a long tiring flight. We stayed for just one night. The staff was welcoming once we got there. There was aspects that really got to me, reservation was made thru Expedia with the option to pay at arrival, our flight was delayed cause it needed to land and a different city due bad weather and kill sometime there. I called the hotel to let them know we would arrive late and here is where the nightmare begun, we were told that our room was most likely to be sold cause they were full.?? ?? No option to pay over the phone to guarantee our already confirmed reservation. They offered to cancel, I had to beg and still no promises were made. It was extremely frustrating not knowing if my family would have a bed that night, we arrived past midnite and even thou the room was still there, the experience was very painful. Reservation was for 4 people but amenities for 2 were in the room, we had to call for a couple of more towels that but the way were in really bad shape, had to go to reception for 2 more bottle of waters, the fixtures of the room were nice but in bad shape, specially the bathroom had excessive buildup. The seers of the bed were nice ;), the breakfast buffet was fresh and really yummy and good quality ingredients. Service was outstanding. I would not stay there again if it w
