Room was clean and comfortable. A/C a little bit hot for my taste but acceptable. Parking has to levels and 2nd floor is mostly empty, the vehicle would be safe with them. Great for a couple of days!

This is a no frills hotel but very clean and modern. The A/C works really well and isn't noisy. I also liked the part of the city it's in. Not quite downtown, but very nice, and there is metro within a 8-10 minute walk. You could also walk to the center; it takes about 25 minutes.I would only add a mini fridge to the room.

Unsafe Location

The location of the hotel is very bad and feels completely unsafe. There are thousands of homeless people and drug users around. We will never choose this place again. We didn’t experience any issues inside the hotel itself. The breakfast was nice, but we were not satisfied due to the surrounding area.

Okay but Needs improvement!

A pleasant enough stay but needs improvement. Bed was comfortable, breakfast was excellent. Thermostat in room although set at 22 degrees failed to warm up the room. The only warn part of the room was in the bathroom which had an separate electric radiator. Carpet was dirty with odd black burn? / paint? marks. Hotel offers a free drink if guests choose not to have their room cleaned. Nice idea BUT be aware, when you get to the bar you’ll be told very few drinks included in the offer. Staff completely absent at time of check out. See photo of abandoned reception. As I needed to catch a train, this unnecessarily check out delay was stressful! Probably better Hotel choices in the area for the price.

I had a pleasant stay overall — the room was comfortable and the service was good. However, one thing that would really improve the experience is having a mini fridge in the room. It was quite hot outside during my visit, and without a fridge, I had no way to keep my water or drinks cool. A small addition like this would make a big difference for guests, especially during warmer seasons.
