GOOD HOTEL NEEDS MORE STAFF

The hotel is very nice enjoyed the pool and beach.the room was fine.When we checked in i had a lot of baggage and there is no bell hop on check in or check out.I needed a cab ,no one in the hotel could get get me a taxi.The hotel had only one small elevator working.on check out it took over 25 minutes to get an empty elevator to fit all my bags.We are seniors.

Bad bad service

One elevator was down and waiting for the second elevator took a lot of time. It was horrible. My bed was not done. Customer Service desk personnel were very rude. Will never stayed at this hotel ever again!

Very disappointed

Front desk person not friendly at all. If you lose your hotel key or towel key they charge you $10 dollars. I've stayed at soo many Hotels where that's not the case if you lose your hotel key. I will not be staying at this hotel ever again, instead, I'll be staying at Hotel Betsy.

Worst Hotel!!!

Found roaches in this 5 star hotel, the manager bernardo acted as of it was ok, claimed he couldn't do anythinh to compensate me. They have ten floors and only 1 elevator. So your waiting for long periods of time to get on an elevator. Then they accused me of smoking in a room after i found roaches in their nasty hotel. Their customer service is horrible. Ur a guest n u pay the same price as a visitor for parking. They close the towels early for the pool yet the pool is still open?! Overall its not what i expected at all and will never be staying here again.

Didn’t enjoy my stay

We were forced to use the on site valet parking. $40 a day! I could have easily drive my car to the back and parked it my self. One of the elevators were broken. Rooms and hallway smelled old and wet, but I guess that’s expected at the beach? AC unit didn’t work, curtains and drapes were dirty. Just kinda gross.

Three girls at the beach

We loved having beach access and the location. The hotel itself was beautiful as well. The food we had from the grab and go cafe was also great. We particularly appreciated the bar that was poolside since we were really there to sunbathe and drink fruity drinks so the Convenience was very nice. The staff was helpful and polite and the place was kept very clean. Downsides: The mattresses were very uncomfortable which was disappointing. There was an elevator down which meant it took forever to get on one ( we used the stairs mostly, but a friend had a bum knee so it sucked for her) and there was a lot of construction going on in front if the hotel. I know they cannot do anything about that but just a heads up would have been nice. Wasn’t really a surprise we were looking for.

Wouldn’t chose this hotel again

Front desk staff was not the friendliest. Hotel looks run down in the hallways. Our rooms were updated and clean, but one of them had a bad musty smell and the bed just felt damp. Breakfast was good and our server was great. Pool area was nice. Would not stay here again though.

Beautiful hotel. Staff was nice.,check in was a little slow but fine. Room was a little on the small size but the view from our balcony can’t be beat.

Freezing

Do not go there on wintertime. There is no heating on the rooms. Rooms are freezing cold and hairdryer is the only way to heat the room. Check in desk is very rude. Pool area and beach is okay, but there is a huge renovation going on. Only good thing is the guys on valet parking.
