Check in was quick and easy and very nice staff. Lovely big and accessible, clean room. Bed was comfy and AC was good. Blackout blinds were great. The lockers for storing luggage after checkout are really useful and large. Would stay here again and definitely recommend to others!

It's located conveniently close to bus stops, with 7-11 and ralphs market nearby. So quite easy to travel to the beach or UCLA/Hollywoods area. The room is clean and tidy, nothing to complain about and at a quite reasonable price.

A great place to stay in the Santa Monica area. Not too complicated to get to the pier, though you’ll need to take public transit or uber. The hotel itself is nice, and clean/tidy. The surrounding area isn’t necessarily sketchy, but can be seen/considered a bit grungy to some travellers. Overall, would recommend staying.

The staff and service were awesome. Our initially assigned room had a lot of street noise, and the AC didn't work, requiring opening windows. The front desk staff was great and helped change my room. The second room was much quieter, and the AC worked. The only issue in the second room was the shower drained very slowly, causing a puddle when showering.
