What a dump!!!! If you want to experience the ghetto of Houston, the smells of cheap skunk-weed, and the worst and fattest hookers in the smallest dresses with playerz hanging out, this is the place for you. If you drive a pickup truck, your tailgate WILL be stolen. 2 guys had theirs stolen that night. Officer called to report on the incident even asked why we stay here. Said they get calls to this hotel ALL OF THE TIME!!! This place is the drizzling shitz!!! NEVER coming back to this toilet.

Only issues was with plumbing. A dripping faucet and tub made a drip-drip noise all night. Also, bathtub water control was in very bad shape and needed to be replaced.

the first room seemed to be missing everything, then when i had to take a shower for work, there was no shower curtain! the phones didnt work to the front desk so i had to take one anyway and flood the bathroom. eventually has to switch rooms, the hotel had no water when we arrived, anywhere on the premises, no water! oh and the sink didnt drain at all, the whole place is a mess. needs new management asap.

For the most part, I think staff was very friendly. Disappointed - Bar / Kitchen closed - had to go out to find some where for drinks Strong smell of marijuana on the 3rd floor - coming from one of the guest rooms. There were a few young black people loitering in the hall ways. Housekeeping did not clean our room on the 1st night Reserved room for 3 - had to request additional towels as we didn't have enough Lastly - on the day of check out, I slipped and fell in the bathtub. I reported my fall to the front desk. She asked if I was ok and said that she would report it to management. Never received a call to see if i was ok. I suggest that shower mats be included.

Room had a smell of mold. I understand that it was during the pandemic but no breakfast or any other amenities where available. We stayed 3 days, asked but did not receive any room service. Location was good, and pool was open. Fire pit was broke.

I have been staying at this location for over 6 years, 12 times a year. It was a great place to stay but now the bandaid they apply to the place no longer covers the wound. In my last 12 stays, I've never been in a room with properly working air conditioning, or enough towels (which you rarely get extra if you ask). And the rooms always have some big repairs required. My very recent last stay, there were coke bottles left in my room with yellow liquid in them (pee, yes pee) that were overlooked by the staff. With the consistent below standard rooms, even the suites, this loyal customer will be staying in a newer hotel. I can no longer pay to stay in filth. My experience should be at least up to par with my living standards. I will not pay to stay in a substandard situation anymore.
