One person took care of everything. The shower was broken, the fridge didn't" work and she had a hard time even keeping coffee and breakfast filled.

Met my needs. Cut back a notch on using Pinesol(or similar) in cleaning...smells definitely too strong. Very clean, quiet, had amenities I need. Construction work appears to be complete.

The Dubuque Inn & Suites was a very comfortable hotel. It was very clean & smelled fresh. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very helpful & friendly. They had a very good selection for breakfast. I will stay there again if I’m passing through Dubuque. There was a lot of parking spaces.

It appeared to be a one staff member running everything. Both mornings food area was not supplied, had to ask for additional towels for 2nd day and was the same person… at arrival the room was overwhelmed with bleach/lysol smell- could dilute that better. The beds need replaced as they were squeaky. Conveniently located to activities!

Breakfast was average. Pointed out to management that bed moved on the frame revealing a metal slat that you could easily catch your leg on.

The staff was excellent. The room was very clean. Breakfast was included and good (altho I would have loved to have had bacon or sausage with my eggs). Parking was good and included in the cost of the room.
