Worst experience ever

It was horrible the toilet didn’t work bed was dirty no phone no blow dryer no breakfast as advertised pool was empty we couldn’t stay there was mole in the room asked for refund was told no the worst motel with fake pictures on Facebook the place should be shut down

Worst place ever!

I found this place via trivago. On the site it said this place had 4 stars and great reviews and was aforable, on the pictures it looked like a Quality Inn so I booked it. When I got there it was far from it. The place looked rundown or abandoned, there where shady people around. Our room looked and smelled terrible, the carpet was damp like the room had flooded at some point, the bed looked like someone had smoked on it and let ash fall on the sheets, the bathroom was stained and had a hole on the wall, the front door had a broken lock and the back door didn't even have one. This place did not feel safe at all. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Decent stay.

Not a terrible place but it was creepy and empty. We got it last minute and it was quiet and had a comfortable bed. No breakfast like it had offered on the listing but it was convenient and cheap.

Ok for the money

It was ok for a night for the price but hole in comforter, sprinkler covered in plastic bag, and toilet didn't flush. Carpet looked fairly new. Place definitely needs a refresh. Didn't see anywhere to get the advertised continental breakfast.

Avoid at all costs

I’ve stayed in dive hotels before, but this place should be closed. Homeless people laying in the hallway, wide-open doors without locks, the smell of marijuana, smoke, and urine. Shower was pleasant and the bed was fairly comfortable, but I opted to leave after the first night.

Broken TV

My TV was broken and I called the office numerous times from my room phone and my cell phone but to no avail. I got in my car to drive to the office and I fell asleep and didn't wake up until check out. So I didn't even get a chance to sleep in the room. I wasted my money.

Not as advertised

The building is being renovated the first room wreaked of smoke had a hole in the wall in the toilet didn't work the second room was slightly better but still the mattress had stains the linens had holes in them the lobby does not look like the picture nor do the rooms I was horrified when I arrived it was not what I thought I was getting at all

Don’t Go!! Condemned.

Poor experience. The hotel was half way condemned and the service was bad. The receptionist was barely in the booth and the rooms were scary looking. There were burn mark on the curtains and comforter. The plugs weren’t all the way in the wall. There was graffiti in the hallway that was painted over but you could still see through it. After driving 2.5 hours I wanted to lay down and relax but the room did not allow me to do that. I had to change rooms because the first one did not have a working toilet. All the rooms have this scary door that may be connected to another room and with a desk in front (they were locked but still not comforting). This place needs to be taken off of any hotel site. Because the pictures are deceiving as heck. I definitely got a refund for at least one night. This place is scary, not clean and a waste of money.

February business visit

Check in took a little long, but was easy enough once someone noticed I had arrived. Looks like a nicely designed facility, but noticed several common area amenities closed, non-functioning, and in need of repairs, renovations, and upgrades. Room was comfortable, but could also use renovations and modernization.

3 floor room with a broken elevator. It’s actually 2 hotels one is already condemned and this one should be. Signs of rats all over the property. People sleeping in stairs. No key that worked the entire first night until the 3 time I ask when the batteries would be changed. No working phone-number on Expedia and Google is out of order! Drugs clearly being sold on the 2 floor and grounds of property.

Very Poor Room Condition

I have stayed at probably a hundred hotels. This was by far the poorest condition hotel I’ve been to. The room had busted security latches, a broken mirror on the floor leaning against the wall, missing lampshades, a missing bathroom vent cover, the floor was filthy, the comforter had multiple cigarette burns, and the shower was broken and dirty. The only good thing about it the room was it had good hot water. I felt like the owners/manager had long given up on upkeep. There was also guest noise throughout the entire night such as talking, whistling, and music. I would not recommend this facility. Had I walked in with my family instead of staying solo, I would have left immediately.
