This was a last minute booking and I desperately needed a place to stay. This place was in my meager budget and wasn’t too far from my work for the weekend, so I got what I paid for, I suppose.
The place was pretty filthy on the inside as it was on the outside. You’ll notice a distinct smell in both the lobby and as well as in your room. There are stains on the walls, sheets, floor, you name it. There was graffiti written in sharpie on multiple surfaces of the room. I rarely let my bare feet touch the ground in my room because the floor felt so dirty. One of the lights in my room constantly flickered and my bed sheets were riddled with cigarette burn holes and reeked of it too despite being in a non smoking room.
I had arrived with with 5 luggage’s and was checked into my 3rd floor room. Unfortunately when I had dragged myself all the way to my building, the only elevator was out of order. I had to drag myself and my luggage’s back to the lobby to rectify the situation. Thankfully they were able to put me on the first floor.
The ac worked and I had a bed for the weekend. I felt very mildly secure for the cost. On the bright side there are a few choice restaurants in the area.
Despite considering booking other accommodations multiple times, it turned out ok. Though I won’t be booking here again.
