Pictures that are on site are of the new buildings that is not the room we were placed in. We were out in older part of the building which was more run down. Wish I would have gotten the room I thought as it was pictured. No microwave and you have to pay $18 to park there a day even when you are staying at the hotel.

Surprisingly breat
What a pleasant surprise. We ordered a great breakfast from the cafe and sat by the pool which had a wonderful tropical garden and ate. Better then anywhere else. Great coffee walking distance.

All the staff were extremely nice! Our room was very disappointing. The carpet was dirty, the walls were dirty, the bathroom mirror was dirty (you could see where someone previously stuck their phone to it). Guests above us sounded like they were doing gymnastics all day and night long!!! Food at Point Loma cafe was overpriced and not good (they messed up our order on top of it).

Room 222: the air conditioning/heating did not work. Staff promptly sent a tech to repair, the first and 2nd parts he tried were faulty and did not. Staff promptly got me an other room. Room231 had a problem with the main AC, it sounded like a giant toilet was being flushed every 15 minutes very regularly. I took a sleeping pill at 11:00pm and another at 2:00AM to be able to sleep

Piece of advice
I do not like the layout of this facility. They built a new building but I had to walk outside to the old facility. A pretty large gap under the door allow noises to infiltrate the room. Breakfast is a different story, I’m not used to paying for coffee. I received excellent customer service from the night desk clerk Shantal. I would not stay there again. Parking cost $18 a day.

The property and our room were very nice and clean! Our five day stay was very pleasant would come back! The only complaints I have is that the room didn’t have a microwave and our refrigerator was not working. We didn’t need it so it was a problem for us, other than that it’s a great place. Don’t pay for parking though there is a free parking lot next to the hotel.
