Plz do not dully trust what the hotel promise you before you stay in this hotel. We asked for clothes steamers which is able to hang and steam our dress and suit that we can borrow at the hotel via email before visiting the hotel. We got the positive response so we did not bring the device by ourselves. But, we coould not get the devie once arriving. The manager told us the device can be ready on next day, but the housekeepers told us the device is broken. We felt if the hotel could not provide this assistance or device, you can just let us know before we visiting there. Also, you have to prepare your personal items(toothbrush, slippers, shower gel...)by yourself, they did not provide it, may be the environment protection issue.....but they do use plastic and styrofoam cups in the room. The gurads and people are kind, but we just felt disappoint and did not have satisfication in this staying experience.

The hotel staff were very welcoming, and accommodating, the room was clean, and comfortable. My only issue was the tap in the bathroom, it turned to allow water out of 2 showers and one bath tap. I struggled to get the water to stop running from all free, also the bath ran super slow. The restaurant was under construction while we were there, but the hotel offered free hot drinks in the evening, and drinks and snacks in the morning.

We loved the hotel. The staff was very helpful during our stay, including chasing my husband down as he started to drive away because I had the keys the car. The room was nice, comfortable bed, beautiful ceiling to floor windows and the best shower ever!! We enjoyed the complimentary specialty coffee/hot chocolate Machine and relaxed in the lobby. Great Location.

Great location; clean, new carpet and decor made it very comfortable; smallish bathrooms, but not a problem. Very nice staff.
