A few things to mention here: 1. There is no shuttle(used Uber one way and public transport the other 2. Staff was very friendly, but maid service was NON-existent. We asked on check in whether rooms were made up every day. The answer was YES( due to covid many hotels limit house keeping. We don't really care as long as we have clean towels etc.) Well, in four days the room was made up once after we requested it, but we had to chase down housekeeping for towels and soap. No vacuum was used. 3. Pool and environs were great. Except for one item: Music( thump,thump,thump) was too loud until the DJ started! Then it became unbearably ridiculous. We had to vacate the the premises. Several people complained to no avail. There was no possibility for conversation for the 4 plus hours the DJ played. Not sure what demographic the hotel is trying to appeal to, but it's certainly not us. 4. Breakfast every day was fine, but exactly the same( scrambled eggs, bacon, fruit, waffles), service was adequate, but we'd like to tip a few dollars extra and there was a problem getting change( we asked at reception, but could not get any there) NOTE: they add a "service charge of 18-20% to almost all restaurant checks which is fine if you're aware.
