The hotel location is great and tidy. The staff is very friendly. I specially thank to Melissa who helped me a lot. She is working on front desk. She is hearty, great smile and passionate. Basically, I had a great time to stay in this hotel and feel like home. The only thing I can comment is the hotel is a bit small but it is still good for me...

Great location, close to time square and grand central terminal station. The room itself was old and run down. Walls were very thin and you can hear everything. The staff, especially the doormans were very friendly and welcoming which made the stay more nice.

Hotel is located in Park Avenue which is probably one of the most notorious streets in NY. It is located on a calm part of the street so all the "New York noise" isn't a problem. You are located centrally to practically anywhere in Manhattan, with easy access anywhere. Hotel is in nice condition, staff is very friendly! A definite bargain!

I would highly recommend the Iberostar Park Ave property. Our room was amazing and very clean. Loved the amenities. The staff were super friendly and made the effort to talk to you and offer any help requested.
